Pros:

Location is great. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Our room was located on 1st floor. We heard a lot of noise from the elevator and cleaning crew. The first night they had patio music, drinks and food available
We had terrible service. Had to ask for water refill 3x. Food was not that good. Server disappeared so we had to flag someone to get our check. Overall, not great.

Will definitely stay at this end on our next trip to Prescott
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in Prescott. Walking distance to whiskey row. We were in Prescott during an arts and crafts festival in the park. It is a great time and the weather was perfect.

This is a fun step back in history, and authentic period stay at a beautiful example of the architecture of the time. It

This is a beautiful and charming, nearly 100 year-old hotel. It just has so much personality. We enjoyed it very much and it had an excellent location. It even has an elevator that is original to the building. Lots of fun historical photos, and information placed around the hotel, with period appropriate furnishings, and delicious food at the Peacock restaurant located inside the hotel. Great view from our room.

Cons:

The AC blower is rather loud for sleeping, and the room was a tad bit tight. No refrigerator.

Great stay at an old hotel
Pros:

This hotel was exactly as expected. It is old. The aesthetic is that of an old hotel with a lot of nostalgia and reminiscent of those times which is what drew us to stay here. If you want the features of a new hotel without creaky floors and doors, do not stay here. The bed and pillows were a bit firm for our liking, but that is an individual preference. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant, we loved it.

Great Historic Hotel with Wonderful Customer Service!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful time. Hassayampa Inn excels in customer service. No matter who we encountered, they were kind and helpful and seemed to really enjoy working there. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. We loved it and will return!
