We appreciated the friendly staff and felt it was a good value for our money.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. The breakfast room was clean and well kept and the employee was pleasant. Our room was clean and nice.

Cons:

Our room was very warm and when I turned the thermostat down, it took a very long time for it to cool - was too warm during the night.

Good hotel, free breakfast and dog friendly
Pros:

This place is a great deal for your buck, but not necessarily the nicest more up to date place.

There were many different kinds of room/bed options. For us, 2 adults one 7 year old and a dog, we chose a one bedroom with a couch for the kid to sleep on. It was very spacious which was needed. We enjoyed the windows and tables, 2 tvs.

Cleanliness was a 7/10

We stay here regularly! Not our best ever experience.
Pros:

A clean, comfortable room. Friendly front desk staff, who recognized me as a Regular guest--that was nice. Hotel was sold out for a Middle School sports event. The small breakfast room was packed with families. These people acted like they were the only person in the room, and swamped the kitchen. The staff was stressed but professional, and managed pretty well in this circumstance.
The drains in the tub and sink were slow. Tub wasn't quite clean. Housekeeping needs to be daily, this practice of only coming between lodgings is not enough apparently.
