It was pleasant with no major issues.
Pros:

The location was great, the facilities were clean. The indoor pool was well kept and the hot tub was fine. My spouse and I loved the late check out.

Cons:

If you want a hot shower, prepare to wake up early or shower the night before. There was no hot water by 9 am.

No to little hot water
Pros:

Warning: this is the third hotel in the OP area with a hot water issue. There was a convention over the weekend and the hotel was very busy. During peak times (mornings and evenings) water got to lukewarm but never hot. Yesterday there was no hot water even at 10:00 pm - today - ice cold at 8:00 am. This is unacceptable. If you need new boilers - get them & stop expecting hotel guests to be ok without hot water - especially in the winter!

Would love to stay again when visiting! This location is great!
Pros:

I had stayed over night with my grandson, as there was a minor sewer problem at the house that my son and daughter in law had recently bought. He enjoyed the pool and I loved the Jacuzzi.

Cons:

I hadn't really that breakfast wasn't complimentary.

Below average for the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

Cons:

Semi dirty. First room had a water leak by the ac unit. Smelled like mildew. Beds are hard as a rock. Definitely not worth $180 to stay. Will not be returning as we are frequently in that area due to family and friends.

Cons:

Parking was at a premium. Hard to find a spot to park, although part of the problem was there was construction at the hotel, so several spots where used by shipping containers.

The staff was terrific- the guest washing machine wasn’t working & the staff offered to and in did, wash our clothes. Just super nice & went out of their way to to help.

Rudeness with the kitchen staff
Pros:

I was dumbfounded by the rudeness of the front kitchen staff member. I have gluten intolerance and of course the hotel does not have GF breads. So as a traveler and Hilton honors member I pack some. I asked to use the toaster and the person running breakfast told me I couldn’t and blocked me from using. Really!? I’ve never encountered this in my many stays with Hilton.
