La estadia en el hotel no fue buena. Habiamos réservado dos habitaciones por tres noches. Nuestro vuelo fue cancelado y llegamos un dia después. Quisimos cambiar la reserva en el hotel y no aceptaron porque no era una reserva directa, sino a través de Booking. Nos dijeron que teniamos que hacer el reclamo en Booking. También quisimos anular la reserva y hacer otra en Booking, porque detectamos que las tarifas habian bajado. Tampoco aceptaron eso en el hotel y nos dijeron que nos dirijamos a Booking. Por ultimo, finalmente estuvimos un solo dia y nuestra habitación no fue limpiada. Cuando fuimos a reclamar, nos dijeron que lo sentian, porque ya no habia personal de limpieza. Muy mala experiencia.

Management was excellent. The stay was nice, microwave was difficult to open.

The breakfast was the downsize. It wasn’t to my satisfaction, for the price it wasn’t worth it. I’ve been to several hotels the breakfast was excellent and included with your accommodations. I couldn’t eat any of the food it was terrible. Sorry, my opinion.

Cons:

Sausage, breakfast quesadillas, eggs and bacon was greasy and I notice other hotel guests did not care for the meal for the price. I don’t mind paying for breakfast but when its terrible I can’t return next day breakfast.

Very disappointed to have paid so much for a room and to have the lady at the desk say maintenance never answered her me

Cons:

No hot water. Called front desk at least 4 times. Maintenance never showed up. We were running late for our appointment and after two hours and nothing from maintenance, they finally said we could go to another room and shower.
Also the AC unit didn’t work well.
Bathroom floor was gross.
Guy serving breakfast was rude and was talking in his hands free phone piece even while assisting us.

It was pleasant with no major issues.
Pros:

The location was great, the facilities were clean. The indoor pool was well kept and the hot tub was fine. My spouse and I loved the late check out.

Cons:

If you want a hot shower, prepare to wake up early or shower the night before. There was no hot water by 9 am.

No to little hot water
Pros:

Warning: this is the third hotel in the OP area with a hot water issue. There was a convention over the weekend and the hotel was very busy. During peak times (mornings and evenings) water got to lukewarm but never hot. Yesterday there was no hot water even at 10:00 pm - today - ice cold at 8:00 am. This is unacceptable. If you need new boilers - get them & stop expecting hotel guests to be ok without hot water - especially in the winter!

Would love to stay again when visiting! This location is great!
Pros:

I had stayed over night with my grandson, as there was a minor sewer problem at the house that my son and daughter in law had recently bought. He enjoyed the pool and I loved the Jacuzzi.

Cons:

I hadn't really that breakfast wasn't complimentary.
