No geral, excelente!
Pros:

Funcionários prestativos em geral, consegui guardar a mala antes do horário do check-in sem problemas e fui bem atendido em todo decorrer da minha estadia.

Cons:

No momento do check-in, o funcionário pareceu um pouco mau disposto comigo. Não faltou cordialidade, mas parecia que existia algum sentimento sutíl de repulsa (não sei o porque, obviamente). Espero ter sido apenas impressão equivocada da minha parte, porém definitivamente não se assemalhava ao restante dos funcionários que me atenderam com sorriso no rosto e com ampla boa vontade. Definitivamente este não caracterizava o hotel em sua essência.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the pool is very nice with a great view.

Cons:

We had someone enter our room 2 times even though we had the paper to not disturb on the door.

Pros:

Location was good for my needs.

Cons:

Bedroom too hot even when aircon was switched off. Lift buttons not working properly.

Swimming pool closed for maintenance, which was unfortunate as we booked the hotel because of the swimming pool.
