several small issues prevented it from meeting my expectations
Pros:

The positive point is definitely the pool. The weather was very good and you could enjoy the heat and sun very well.

Cons:

Some aspects of my stay bothered me.

First, I don’t think the air conditioning in the room was working properly. The room was very hot, and even after returning and leaving the AC on for some time, I never felt comfortable. The atmosphere always felt stuffy.

The TV in the room was not a smart TV, so I couldn’t connect my phone. The hotel offered a Chromecast as an alternative, but it wasn’t working.

Another issue was the lack of a power outlet near the head of the bed. They provided an extension cord, but it still didn’t reach the bedside area comfortably.

All the staff were very nice, except for the first employee who checked me in. He didn’t seem very patient when explaining things. He barely mentioned the breakfast option and only provided details after I specifically asked about it.

Overall, it is a good hotel, but it fell short of my expectations because of these small details. There are better options in Lisbon, especially if you want to stay in the Oriente area for concerts at the MEO Arena or nearby festivals.

Pros:

El servicio de restaurante, carta suficientemente variada, servicio rápido y amable.
Que tengan piscina es excelente, además con un buen rato horario de apertura, comparado con otros hoteles que hemos estado en estos días.

Cons:

Atención desinteresada en recepcion ante una consulta sobre donde se encontraba la parada del bus turistico, la recepcionista me dijo que era nueva y no sabía. No logro comprender esa respuesta, en recepción si uno no la sabe le ayuda al huesped a encontrar la información o bien consutla a algún compañero. Lo peor de todo es que la parada estaba enfrente del hotel. Uno colo turista se apoya mucho en la recepción del hotel para informarse, más allá de contar con un telefono donde uno puede buscar información. En definitiva, es la actitud de la rexwpxionista lo que me molestó.
Otro punto a mejorar, las alfombras se encuentran levantadas al menos en área común del piso 8.

Gostei do facto de ter a hipótese de guardar as malas mesmo antes do check in.
O staff foi muito simpático e prestativo.
O quarto era lindo e a cama extremamente confortável.
A localização do hotel também é óptima

Agréable et bienveillant
Pros:

L'attention et la gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon. La piscine, très agréable sur le toit et la mise à disposition des serviettes, un bonus agréable. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter. La proximité du métro était très positif.

Cons:

Au niveau de la salle de bain, le plateau en verre où se trouvait le lavabo était brisé à un certain endroit, ce qui pouvait être dangereux car coupant. Donc , il me semble qu'il y a une petite négligence à ce niveau là, et que cela devrait être changé.

Pros:

De kamer was netjes, schoon en fijne bedden.

De locatie is een groot pluspunt: het hotel ligt op loopafstand van een metro-/treinstation en een Lidl.

Zwembad was mooie afwisseling van de stad (niet veel ligbedjes, maar waren tijdens ons verblijf niet eens allemaal bezet).

Cons:

De föhn op onze kamer werkte niet goed (werkte ongeveer 20 seconden, met tussenpozen van enkele minuten)

Πολύ καλή επιλογή!
Pros:

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Από τους ανθρώπους που δούλευαν εκεί μέχρι την πισίνα στον τελευταίο όροφο!
Πρωινό από τα πιο πλήρη για τα δικά μου γούστα με μεγάλη ποικιλία στα πάντα. Το ξενοδοχείο ειναι 5-6 λεπτά από τη μπλε γραμμή μετρό και αντίστοιχα από τα τρένα που πάνε Σίντρα (μας βόλεψε πολύ). Σουπερ μαρκετ και μαγαζιά για να φας επίσης στο πεντάλεπτο. Και επειδή η Λισαβόνα είναι υπέροχη πόλη σίγουρα όταν ξαναέρθουμε θα κλεισουμε στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο!
