Für ein vier Sterne Hotel zu viele Mängel
Pros:

Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut, mit der Einschränkung, dass von Sonntag bis Dienstag keine Konfitüre angeboten wurde und Honig am Montag und Dienstag. Alles andere wurde reichlich vorgehalten und auch zügig nachgelegt. Die Zimmerreinigung ist sehr gut ausgeführt worden. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich, ebenso in der Bar. Die Lage in der Nähe eine Metro-Station ermöglichte eine schnelle Verbindung innerhalb der Stadt.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Schlafbereich waren nur zwei freie Steckdosen vorhanden und diese befanden sich nicht im Bereich der Betten. Für ein Hotel mit vier Sternen hatten die Zimmer für unser Empfinden zu viele Gebrauchsspuren (Risse im Waschbecken, Fliesen mit Beschädigungen oder Kleberesten, Schäden am Holz der Badezimmertür und Zarge). Beim Frühstück wurde nur eine Konfitüre angeboten und diese war bereits nach dem zweiten Tag aufgebraucht und wurde nicht ersetzt, ebenso fehlte Honig nach dem dritten Tag.
Durch die Lage an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße ist es für Personen mit einem leichten Schlaf nicht möglich das Fenster zu öffnen. Um die Zimmertemperatur zu regulieren ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Diese führt in der Nacht zu schlaflosen Nächten, da sie (zumindest in unserem Zimmer) sehr laut war.

Boa localização, sitio tranquilo. Pequeno-almoço bastante completo. A maioria dos funcionários foram agradáveis mas havia funcionários bastante antipáticos também.

Cons:

A relação qualidade-preço não é a melhor, os únicos pontos fortes são a piscina e o pequeno-almoço. Nos quartos os únicos “produtos de higiene” são dois frascos de sabão que estão fixos à parede.. Além disso a cortina mais grossa do quarto tinha buracos, o que fez com que eu acordasse logo quando apareceu o sol e não conseguisse voltar a dormir porque estava imensa luz no quarto.
No quarto tinham poucas toalhas e na piscina não havia. Quando pedimos mais toalhas para o quarto deram-nos umas da piscina e disseram que só nos conseguiam dar mais toalhas de manhã…
Tivemos de esperar na receção para fazermos o check in (às 18h) porque não estava lá nenhum funcionário e o mesmo aconteceu de manhã no pequeno almoço (às 10:20h).
Pelo preço provavelmente há hotéis com mais qualidade e atenção ao cliente.

Pluses out number minuses. I’d stay again.
Pros:

Lovely bedroom, very comfy bed. Nice bed linen. Rooftop pool was empty both times I used it. Excellent breakfast.
Close to bus station. Lent me a brolly.

Cons:

Pool could do with an update. Guy serving in the bar had a bit of an attitude. Gin and tonic €13 which seemed steep by comparison to other places.
