Det var det sødeste personale og de afhjalp os et problem, i forhold til at toilettet ikke kunne skylle ud, personalet skal have top karakter!! Dejlige senge, fed beliggenhed og god mad!
Morgenmaden er lidt kedelig… vi forventede morgenmad af skotsk karakter, men det var ikke særligt gode æg og lidt tamt af pålæg

neskutečně malý pokoj,11 m, zmatený personál, strhli mi z bankovního účtu platbu za 4x snídani pro 2 osoby, i když jsme měli jen jednu snídani a podepsali jsme u snídaně účet jen na tuto jednu snídani. Nechápu, jak je možné, že si z účtu tyto peníze sami strhli.. Pokud bych mi nepřišla notifikace na telefon, tak bych si této platby vůbec nevšiml. Po upozornění na recepci hotelu mi byla slíbena refundace, o které mi přišlo potvrzení e-mailem, ale bohužel platba mi ještě nebyla vrácena na účet. Dále nám byl účtován depozit 10 liber, netuším za co a ten nám také ještě nebyl vrácen
Mi estancia me dejó sentimientos encontrados. Si bien hubo aspectos positivos, la experiencia general no cumplió del todo con los estándares que esperaría de un hotel de esta categoría.
Para empezar, el personal fue amable, profesional y servicial en todo momento. Agradecí que me cambiaran a una habitación doble sin inconvenientes, y la cama era cómoda. El mobiliario estaba en buen estado y, en apariencia, la habitación era perfectamente adecuada.
El tamaño de la habitación también estaba bien, ni muy pequeño ni muy grande.
Está bien situado al estar a un par de calles de la estación de tren, por lo que no hay el bullicio de la zona pero tampoco estás al final de la ciudad.
Resultó difícil relajarse. El aislamiento acústico es extremadamente deficiente. Hubo constantes molestias por las puertas cortafuegos y el almacén de toallas que se cerraban de golpe, con vibraciones tan fuertes como para hacer temblar nuestra propia puerta. Las mañanas fueron especialmente perturbadoras, y lamentablemente no se podía garantizar un descanso adecuado. Tal es el nivel de deficiencia que podía entender perfectamente las conversaciones fuera de la habitación.
El diseño del baño también presenta problemas prácticos. La mampara de la ducha no está fija, lo que provoca que una cantidad considerable de agua se derrame al suelo con cada uso. Sumado a la bañera elevada y la ausencia de elementos antideslizantes, la experiencia resulta más insegura que confortable. Truco: el agua caliente tarda unos minutos en salir.
El desayuno fue, lamentablemente, el aspecto más decepcionante de la estancia. Para un hotel posicionado dentro de una marca de gama alta, la oferta resultó sorprendentemente básica. No había un desayuno continental propiamente dicho — sin una selección atractiva de panes frescos, bollería de calidad, fruta o una presentación cuidada. Las opciones calientes se limitaban a huevos, bacon y tomates. El yogur disponible era únicamente lácteo, no había leche vegetal accesible (tuve que solicitar una pequeña jarra al personal), y las opciones vegetarianas eran mínimas.
Más preocupante aún fue que gran parte de la oferta consistía en productos estándar preenvasados de supermercado: porciones individuales de mermelada y mantequilla, envases de gachas instantáneas que requerían agua caliente y otros artículos de super. La ausencia incluso de una máquina automática de café básica también fue sorprendente. Solo había café de filtro estilo americano, y la selección de té era igualmente limitada, con agua caliente servida en un termo en lugar de recién hervida. Aunque entiendo la intención higiénica, me pareció que querían ahorrarse dinero.
The room was excellent and very spacious, clean, tea/ coffee and water available brilliant. We used the hotel because we were going to show in the. Corn Exchange which was ideal. Hope to see you again. Thanks a million. James Byrne

The reception staff were amazing!
The TV didn't work. But the staff did everything they could to fix it, they were brilliant. Plus it's not really a big deal not having a TV.
Ładny pokój, wygodne łóżko. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego linii, która zawozi na lotnisko. Miła obsługa. W łazience dostępny żel pod prysznic, szampon, odżywka i balsam do ciała. Pokój czysty. Śniadanie jak chodzi o jakość i świeżość w porządku.
W pokoju jest dosyć ciemno bo nie ma głównego światła. Nie było możliwości wysuszyć włosów w łazience bo hotelowa suszarka nie pasowała do kontaktu. Śniadanie monotonne.
La chambre était de bonne taille pour deux personnes, la literie très confortable.
Le check-in est rapide car nous devons ensuite répondre à un questionnaire via une tablette dans la chambre.
Accès direct en tram depuis l'aéroport et à 2 stations de Princes Street.
La salle de bain était très petite, la vasque trop basse et les joints mériteraient d'être refaits.
Il faut 35 minutes à pied pour se rendre à Old Town.
I really liked the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. The corridors always had a pleasant smell, which shows great care for the environment. The location is also excellent and made it very easy to get around on foot during the stay.
I believe the hotel could offer more flexibility with late check-out, without the need for an extra fee, of course depending on the hotel’s availability.
Decent location that isn’t too busy outside. Room was very good and the people on the desk were so helpful with everything.
Nothing much wrong with it to be honest
