The air conditioning and cleanliness were perfect, the receptionists were all pleasant and the breakfast was satisfactory. The location is ideal if you're wanting to walk into town and sight see in a quieter area
Before we left (11.40) a housekeeper knocked on our door asking if we were leaving, I politely said we'll be leaving in 20 (check out is 12). We had striped the bed, collected all the rubbish, cleaned the bathroom ect. We were very respectful towards the cleaning team, as I know how exhausting the job is.
When we left at 12.55 there were 3 housekeepers outside our door all staring at us, I asked "why are we all waiting outside the room" as we were very uncomfortable, I wasn't met with an answer instead they just continued to stare at us. I'm a housekeeper myself, and I know not to treat customers like that. I know it's not a customer facing job, but it's still a basic skill for the role.
We complained to reception about the interaction, they are going to put it forward to the head of housekeeping.
Other than that, the stay was satisfactory and very clean.

Mi pieza al principio estaba con el lavamanos tapado. Y paso más de un día así. Las personas del hotel se mostraron preocupadas todo el tiempo al respecto, muy amables

Ήταν υπέροχο δωμάτιο, ζεστό και φιλόξενο. Άνετο και πολύ καθαρό. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και μας βοήθησε σε ότι ζητήσαμε.

Very comfortable stay, was nice and warm in our room. Breakfast was good, had a decent selection of food. The blackcurrant jam was so good! Tram 5 minutes walk away, very handy!
Only thing we didn’t like was how close the toilet and sink were, felt like I was touching the sink whenever I sat on the toilet

The room looks like it’s been renovated recently to a very good standard. Only criticism I have is for some reason they have not replaced the shower tray and it’s very dirty looking. Majority of the grout is black and looks very old.
De ligging van de accommodatie was top. Vanaf het vliegveld gaat er een tram en een bus rechtstreeks naar de halte naast het hotel. Vanaf het hotel is het een kwartiertje lopen en je bent in het centrum.
Het ontbijt was vrij karig, en het hotel is gehorig. Wij hadden een kamer op de eerste verdieping op de hoek van het gebouw, waardoor onze kamer aan tweewegen lag. Daarbij was onze deur naast de schoonmaak ruimte, en begon de schoonmaak om een uur of 7 ‘s ochtends, en dat kregen we dus vrij duidelijk mee. De bar bleek om 22u dicht te gaan, en het restaurant om 2045u. Kan liggen aan dat we in het laagseizoen waren, maar het verbaasde ons wel.
