Everything, room was comfy. Nice tv screen, breakfast was good, staff was great.

Cons:

Whomever was in room above me, and in room next to me on left, spied in our space, conversations and such, that was uncomfortable knowing someone was that bored with self they wanna spy in my space. On the 1st day of New Year wasn't a happy feeling. And the hot water at times was iffy.

Stained toilet after housekeeping
Pros:

I requested housekeeping, and when I returned to the room after it had been serviced, the toilet seat was stained. At first, I was concerned it may have been feces or dry blood, but upon further consideration it appeared more likely to be a coffee spill. Regardless of the source, the room had been serviced and the toilet should have been clean.

Because my daughter was asleep in the room, I was unable to go to the front desk that evening. I cleaned the toilet myself so it could be used. The following morning, I went downstairs and showed a photo of the stained toilet to the front desk staff.

Returning to a room with an unclean toilet was upsetting and created an unsanitary experience.

Perfect overnight getaway

Not as expected
Pros:

Dirty rooms outdated. Small bathrooms. Visible mold in rooms. Visible dust. I stayed at a Hyatt in VA beach town center over the summer and had a good comfortable experience. I was expecting the same at this location but I did not get the same results. The staff was nice. The rooms drop ten ball.
