Pros:

My room was great and clean and the staff took my requests as I had my little dog with me also. Rebecca made sure our room was perfect!

Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and lots of space.

Nice a quiet room.

Always lovely to stay there!

It comes across poorly managed. Lack if attention to detail.
Dirty plates and glasses outside bedrooms in corridors all day and overnight, with staff members walking past.
Very load overing in reception area at peak check in time. Why is it bring cleaned at this time.
1 staff member on reception .
Reception desk empty, at 5pm for hotel this size it should always be manned. I had to get someone's attention in office.
Spa reception, staff having personal conversations i felt like I interrupted them asking for a coffee.
Pool closes at 8pm,but staff were warning everything 7:40 they need to vacate.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, very helpful with all my questions and helped me with my mobility condition. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond for my daughter and I.

Cons:

Our sink stopped draining on our first night, and the housekeeping didn’t come to our room once during our 3 day stay..

Very good.
Pros:

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. A good sized lounge. My husband has a blue badge and there aren’t enough spaces for disabled parking. .

The location was not too far from the wedding venue that we went to.
Pros:

Breakfast worked for us . We could only get coffee from machine though. Eggs were cooked to our choice.
Room. The wardrobe would not take the length of my dress so I could not hang it in there.
Dinner. We were happy with what we ordered.

Cons:

The mirror on the wall above the dressing table was not in line with the 'leg hole' nor could I see into it to dry my hair etc. when seated as it was placed too high up on the wall.
The bathroom was well worn and tired looking.

Perfect location for access into Stockton Heath. Clean, spacious rooms and generally friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice to see GF options with the option of a GF pastry (rare).. I am GF.

Cons:

I found all the staff very accommodating but the lady (with an accent) at breakfast on our first day was a little abrupt. We were with a large party. I asked if we could have a large table or 2 or 3 tables beside each other for when everyone arrived. She took great pains to tell me that it was OK for today but when busy it might not be possible. That's not my/ the customer's problem. If she'd just given us the tables together (which she easily succeeded in doing) I would have walked away happy. Instead I got a load of spiel which I didn't need and I left feeling a little irritated.
