Pros:

Das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber sehr gemütlich
Bett war sehr bequem Dusche war alles sehr gut und alles sauber
Frühstück war ausgezeichnet
Ein Wohlfühlhotel rundum.
Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Hat alles super gepasst.
Personal alle sehr freundlich.
Gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Gemütliches bayrisches Hotel, das über alles verfügt, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen.
Pros:

Schöner bayrisch rustikaler und trotzdem moderner Stil. Tolle Lage am Park, der Ortskern ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Schöner Spa-Bereich mit tollem Außenpool.

Great even if not perfect, but would come back immediately

We were quite happy. But... parking situation was complicated: parking pass for nearby community parking, but often just full... so that after parking, we were reluctant to go anywhere. Location mitten im Town, everything g on foot possible, great snowy park behind... wi rer wonderland... room was quiet, but unfortunately on 5.floor and the elevator is only up to 4.floot available. 4stars hotel - very disappointing. The kid was quite unhappy with breakfast... choices for dinner were for kids unacceptable. So why were we happy? The warmth of personal, the lovely hotel, excellent fitness room, tisch footbal... Alpine bauart, park around it... would love to come in summer - is surely impressive in it's beauty. The pool was somewhat cool a d couldn't really be used. Sauna was great and kids from 3 allowed ( important for single parents). The room heating was unfortunately quite limited and frankly on border to filing a complaint but we dressed properly, and no place to dry skiing g or bathing clothes, but we managed. And yet I'd book it again in no time: it was woody and natural materials and the location is great and personal like a family - you just feel so welcome, that I am ready to overlook everything else and I am looking forward to coming again... maybe even this winter or summer...

Pros:

Tolle Inneneinrichtung und sehr nettes, kompetentes Personal.

Cons:

Saunabereich leider etwas schmutzig. Der Saunabereich wurde vom Personal selten besucht, Tassen und Becher nicht nachgefüllt.
Teile des Hotels sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Teppichböden im Flur etc.). Bettwäsche hatte kleine Flecken.

Enttäuschend, zu teuer für das was geboten wird.
Pros:

Die Zimmergröße, das Frühstück und die Oberstaufen Karte. Die Damen am Empfang und beim Frühstück waren auch nett.

Cons:

Restaurant nach 2 h Wartezeit ohne Essen ins Bett - trotz gebuchter Halbpension. Die lange Wartezeit hat aber keinen vom Personal gestört. Hauptgang der Halbpension ist laut Karte eher auf Kantinenniveau.
Wellnessbereich zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste, kaum Möglichkeiten das Handtuch trocken zu lagern. Zu wenig Platz / Liegen beim Schwimmbecken. Whirlpool an zwei von drei Tagen am Morgen kalt.
Zimmer nicht ganz sauber, Betten an zwei von drei Tagen nicht gemacht beim Zimmerservice.
Zu wenig Parkplätze - die Parkuhr muss regelmäßig umgestellt werden.
Geburtstagstisch (war angemeldet) war enttäuschend.

Einiges Manko Brötchen (aufgebackene kleine) und Brezel(viel zu wenig) beim Frühstück...ansonsten Frühstück hervorragend 👍
