Okay. Nicht mehr - nicht weniger.
Cons:

Extrem unprofessional was die Rechnungsstellung anging. Erst nach drei Mal anrufen wurde eine Rechung per Mail versandt.

Pros:

Dobra dostupnosť z diaľnice, veľké parkovisko, oddychová hala na prízemí, dostatok výťahov, obchody a restauracie v blizkosti hotela, pešia dostupnosť Tierpark. Isto sa radi vrátime.

The hotel is cozy but the reception staff must change the attitude in order to satisfy the customer
Pros:

The room have enough space and the bed is good.
The location is too far from city centre.

Cons:

1-When I have arrived I had to wait in line for 25 minutes(at 21,00) and the receptionist have tried to charge me a higher price
2-I have asked 5(five) times to receive the right invoice.Every time I have waited for at least 20 minutes because the staff has a bad time efficiency
3-In order to have the room cleaned you have to wait in the morning for 30 minutes for asking to the reception staff or nobody can wait so long on every morning

Pros:

Die Zimmegröße war super und auch schön sauber. Auch das Frühstücksangebot war üppig und lecker. Wir haben allerdings Apfelsaft und Sprudelwasser vermisst.

Cons:

Es war eine Parkgebühr für unser Auto fällig.

Pros:

Wir fragen um eine früh Chick-in Überprüfung und akzeptierten den Preis und bei der Ankunft gab es ein Problem bei der Buchung, obwohl das Geld vollständig bezahlt wurde (ein Problem mit dem Betriebssystem verursacht wurde). Der Internet ist sehr schlecht und 5 Tage unsere Buchung haben das Zimmer nicht gereinigt

Cons:

Wenn man ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten bucht und dieses so ausgewiesen wird, dann erwartet man auch 3 Betten, die den Begriff Bett auch entspricht. In unserem Zimmer wurde ein Zustellbett eingestellt, welches nicht den gewünschten Komfort und Liegeeigenschaften entsprach.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit U-Bahn und Tram direkt vor der Tür. Freundliches Personal, hauseigener Parkplatz.
