Buena y comoda estadia cercana a comercio
Pros:

El tamaño amplio con sala de estar y la pequeña cocina. Había disponibilidad de parking publico accesible y en su defecto parking del hotel a bajo costo. Cercanía con el Tram y supermercado a menos de 100 m .

Cons:

No tenia aire acondicionado

A good stay with solid facilities — would recommend for a comfortable night in Berlin.
Pros:

Great facility overall. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good location near the Tierpark. Staff were welcoming and the room was a decent size.

Cons:

The price could be slightly lower — for a double room it felt about 10€ above the ideal value.

Per quello che abbiamo pagato pensavamo molto meglio.

Vicinanza con la metropolitana e il supermercato.

Cons:

La descrizione su Booking dice che il centro dista 12km e che ci vogliono 8 minuti in macchina ma per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono 26minuti in metropolitana, in auto c'è ne vanno molti di più. Prenotiamo una camera per due adulti e un " bambino" di 14 anni, ci propongono due letti singoli o un matrimoniale + un divano letto, all'arrivo a mezzanotte scopriamo che la camera è per due, il divano non c'è, alla reception ci danno una branda aggiuntiva posizionata al centro della stanza. Prenotando c'è scritto che la camera è dotata di cucina ma la cucina come il divano letto non c'è, chiediamo lumi ma alla reception ma non ne sanno nulla. La camera non viene rifatta se non espressamente richiesto e va bene, al terzo giorno chiediamo il cambio degli asciugamani bagnati che abbiamo appoggiato a terra e al rientro troviamo quelli puliti ma quelli sporchi sono ancora a terra perché nessuno li ha ritirati. il check-in è alle 12 ma il giorno di uscita alle 8 la cameriera bussa ed entra per rifare la stanza.Ultima chicca non c'è aria condizionata,il che vuol dire che a giugno con 27 gradi fuori dormire equivale ad una sauna. Per 773,28Euro per 4 notti avremmo trovato anche di meglio, pensavamo che un 4 stelle dovesse offrire molto di più.

Nice staff, clean facilities, quite environment
Pros:

very nice staff, lots of parking spots right in front of the hotel with the cost of 6 euro per day, nice döner shop around the hotel, the bathroom was so clean and big enough :)

Cons:

personally think parking could be free for those who paid for the hotel, otherweise I would definitely recommend this hotel and would personally go there again :)

Frühstück war Erste Klasse, Zimmer dürfen modernisiert werden.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, im besonderen der krosche Bacon war der Hammer.

Cons:

Die Zimmer wirken ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sowie das Bad auch, dies rechtfertigt den hohen Preis nicht. Das man im Zimmer die U-Bahn hört, das ist befremdlich.

Sehr gut Lage direkt an der Tram und U Bahn. Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, es war sehr warm. Ausstattung insgesamt etwas veraltet. Fön war defekt. Der Blick für Details fehlt

Pros:

La chambre est grande. La décoration rétro est originale. L'immeuble est un exemple intéressant de l'architecture en RDA dans les années 70.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de climatisation et il fait très chaud dans la chambre. Il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre en raison du vacarme de la circulation. Il est impossible de dormir.
Il n'y a pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain. Les mauvaises odeurs sont gênantes.
