Pros:

The room was changed over every day fresh sheets and towels the bed was extremely comfortable. The foyer and entire building was kept in Priestern condition and spotless at all time and the location is incredible

Cons:

The breakfast room felt slightly cramped but there is a lovely terrace which you can eat on for the breakfast

Great stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the proximity to the Trevi Fountain and other sites! The people that work there were very friendly. Room had AC and was very comfortable

Fantastic Couple Vacation
Pros:

Great stay at this hotel, great location and the staff was fantastic! Specifically Calin, who completely change our trip for the better. Amazing recommendations for food, from dinners, to cafes, snacks/drinks all over the city for a real Rome experience!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Hotel San Silvestro. The location was perfect—right in the city center, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and many of Rome’s historic landmarks.
What made our stay truly special was the outstanding hospitality. Marco, Roberto, and Kalin were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Horrible, cher, pas propre et minuscule
Pros:

L'emplacement est assez centralisé mais je ne conseillerais pas à une femme de rentrer seule le soir (clochards sur la place qui donne accès à l'hôtel). Réception accueillante, à l'écoute et donne des conseils. Malheureusement, cela n'est pas suffisant pour dire que c'était un bon hôtel.

Cons:

Je marche pieds nus dans ma chambre et sais donc directement quand le ménage a bien été fait ou non. Je dirait que la propreté relevais du stricte minimum (le sol n'avait pas été lavé, ni même aspiré). La taille de la chambre est ridicule (surtout pour le prix). Je devais me faufiler entre le mur et mon lit pour m'installer sur le lit. Si je voulais ouvrir ma valise, le seul endroit de libre était là où la porte devait s'ouvrir. Je devais donc faire et défaire ma valise à chaque fois que je voulais sortir de la pièce. Les installations commencent à être vieilles (joint douche jauni et WC jauni, ce qui m'a beaucoup dégouté). Il n'y avait qu'un rideau occultant qui m'a obligée à vivre comme une chauve-souris en été! Devant cette fenêtre, il y avait un petit bureau encastré qui était donc inutilisable comme je devais garder les tentures fermées tout le temps.

Great way to start our Euro vacation 🇮🇹
Pros:

A great hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were perfect and air conditioned. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. They were very accommodating for everything. I would definitely return there.
