All saff are very professional and very good in their attitude. Explained all what i wanted to know.
Pros:

Very good. But air condition take time too cool the room. That was really uncomfortable as too much heat.

Geweldig ontbijt met vriendelijk personeel. Een mooi en geweldig dakterras met uitzicht over Rome.

Cons:

Erg warm op de badkamer, vooral na gebruik van de douche! Kamer iets wat aan de kleine kant voor drie personen!

Great location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location was great! Within walking distance to every major historical landmark. Room was clean and had a cute balcony. Roof top was beautiful and a nice perk. Breakfast was good!

Cons:

When you leave the room, you give the staff your hotel room key.

Excelente quarto e rooftop incrível, mas chuveiro e calor incomodaram.
Pros:

O quarto era excelente, com uma varanda incrível e muito agradável. O atendimento é ótimo e a localização é muito boa, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos de Roma. O rooftop é um dos grandes destaques do hotel, com uma vista linda para o pôr do sol e um bar muito bom, com várias opções de bebidas, funcionando das 18h às 24h. O ar-condicionado funcionava razoavelmente bem, apesar do calor intenso que estava fazendo.

Cons:

O chuveiro não era bom e poderia ter uma pressão e funcionamento melhores. Apesar de o ar-condicionado funcionar, o calor estava tão intenso que o quarto ainda ficava bastante quente. Também vale um alerta para quem pretende usar o metrô: tivemos a impressão de que não era uma opção muito segura por causa da presença de muitos pickpockets, então preferimos evitar.

It was lovely and I would stay here again.
Pros:

It was on a quiet street and convenient to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions, especially the Colosseum. Lovely rooftop view of the city.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like. The rooms were a little small but comfortable and the air conditioning worked great, which was a huge plus in the sweltering heat wave in August! The staff was exceptional and friendly. They were very helpful in scheduling taxis and car services for us as well as making great dinner recommendations. They offered a great breakfast every morning. The only issue we had was the shower floor was a bit slippery.

Rom in drei Nächten
Pros:

Die Lage ist Top in Rom!
Ca. 10min. Fußweg zum Bahnhof/Termini, an dem sich die Metro "A" (Station Termini) und auch der regelmäßig fahrende Aerport-Bus befinden. In der anderen Richtung, Richtung Colloseum, ist nach ca. 7 min. Fußweg die Metro "B" (Station Cavour) zu erreichen. Die Hop on Hop off Busse sind am Hauptbahnhof (Termini) oder in ca. 4min Fußweg bei der "Basilika S. Maria Maggiore" erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, die Klimanlage funktionierte perfekt (bei Außentemperaturen von 39-40°C). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war ausreichend und völlig in Ordnung. Besonders schön ist die durchgehend geöffnete Dachterasse, die einen wunderbaren Ausblick und am Abend eine kleine Bar beinhaltet. Avvertenza: Um auf die Dachterasse im 8. Stock zu kommen, muss man die letzte Ebene hinauf gehen (der Lift fährt nur in den 7. Stock).

Besonders hochzuheben war das entgegenkommen des Hauses auf einen Zusatzwunsch bezüglich der Zimmerbelegung. Diesem ist das Hotel völlig nachgekommen - Mille grazie!
