Pros:

Very convenient location

Cons:

Some weirdos or druggies lurking the hotel. Smelt like marijuana on one of the floors

Everyone was kind and helpful, including guests from the South working on the Mayo building project
Pros:

the breakfast was awesome unless you can't eat dairy or gluten like me, but they had a toaster for my gluten free bread! They even had wooden tongs to get my odd-shaped breads out! They opened breakfast early for people who needed to leave very early too!! A 24 hour coffee (tea) machine and it had strong coffee.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the stove fan/hood and the outside of the fridge weren't great. Lots of layers of grease and the design of US refrigerators with their bumpy surface make them hard to clean in the best of circumstances. Same with the stove hood.

Great stay and it was right off the highway which made it nice and away from the busy downtown.

Pros:

The fronnt desk check in guy Paul was very friendly. He appologized on all the remodeling and how it looked but assured us our room was one of the newer remodeled

Cons:

Cost exceeded what it worth
smell was like a thrift store. old
the refridgerater exterior was discusting and wouldntt want to even look inside it.
the windows were filthy
24x24 inch holes in the sidewalk all around the front of the building. Liability waiting to happen.
zero parking available at 10pm. parked on the street.

It was a decent place to sleep.
Pros:

You can tell they are trying to remodel, which is a good thing. I thought the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no where to park. Not a huge fan of the location, but it wasn’t horrible.
