Close to what we wanted
Just the price bit more than what I'd like .
Hotel was in a fairly central location, room was clean
There was only one very thin pillow on the beds. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not even a glass that you normally get in the bathroom. My friend needed to take some tablets on arrival and we were not prepared for the lack of facilities in the room. (We did book when it was Novotel so facilities may have changed since becoming A&O which it was by the time we stayed as it did look like there had previously been these facilities in the room)
Everything was very good overall.
However, I received a message asking me to complete the online check-in and fill out a form one day before arrival. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to complete the process again using a different link.
This was a bit annoying, so I would suggest updating the automatic message sent via Booking.com to avoid duplicate check-in procedures.
Other than that, everything was excellent!

Carpets were grubby. Very run down. No kettle in room. Smell from the bathroom. The bathroom door was broken so couldn't shut it tight.

The fact you had to book in online when the person was in front of you.Room was in block 2 with limited facilities which was not mentioned when booking.No staff to ask how to download breakfast voucher.Average Hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that there was a fridge. (4 bed room)
There was no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Im also not a fan of seperate toilet and bathroom, but I guess that works better for families.
