The hotel was clean, modern, and very quiet for a weekend stay, which is just what we needed.

There's no faults to my stay
We are a family of five and booked three rooms (one double and two twin rooms). However, we were given two rooms in the second building on different floors and one room in the first building. The two buildings are connected through the courtyard.
For the price we paid, I think this is a good option in this area. It is about a 15-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly railway station.
The rooms are very basic. There are no cups, and no kettle, but at this price, that is probably to be expected.
The Wi-Fi was very slow, at least in my room on the fourth floor of the second building.

Room a bit small but it worked
De kamer was zeer ruim, faciliteiten waren goed. Badkamer was ruim genoeg en zeer schoon. Fijne locatie in de stad.
Location was good. Close to centre. Room generally clean with good facilities for charging electronics.
Public areas were not very welcoming particularly in the separate building not the main building. Sanitary plumbing to rooms was poor. Dirty laundry carts constantly in hall by lifts. No kettle in room.
Central location, tidy room and great staff. Price was very reasonable.
