The receptionist booked me in a used room. The location is right stuff is very unprofessional facilities are poor.
Not much
Long que at check in , not staffed well enough. No tea/coffee facilties in room. Breakfast quite limited opitions. Half the prce to stay the Saturday after so feel ripped off.
The TV remote was bad and staff changed the batteries but still the same. So no TV throughout my stay.
Clean, good beds, quiet, we had a great stay.
Checkin could be quicker.

It was reasonable close to Piccadilly station which was why I chose it.
There were quite a few dirty stains on the carpet and a bad smell of stagnant water coming from the bathroom

There was no proper air conditioning. There was a remote in the room, but the air was not cold at all. I could not open the window, and the room was so hot that I honestly felt like I was going to die.
In the middle of the night, I noticed a message on the door saying that the window could be opened slightly. After a lot of effort, I finally managed to open it, but only a tiny bit because that is the maximum they allow.
The check in process was terrible. There was a queue for almost an hour. When it was finally my turn, they could not find my reservation. The same thing happened to other guests as well. Because of this, I almost missed the concert I had tickets for.
I had already been at the hotel that morning to leave my luggage. They could have completed the check in process then and just given me the key later, especially when they clearly have so many problems checking people in.
Breakfast was okay but very basic. It cost £12 and included eggs, coffee, tea, sausages, cornflakes and pancakes.
Overall, the room was unbearably hot and the check in process was extremely disorganised.

The room was not clean enough. it was not normal double bed size soz we as a 2 couldn't sleep quite well. windows are not opened fully. if you are near ground level it could be noisy. lighting in the room was poor. very small shower.
