Ottimo riposo, ma segnaletica e insonorizzazione da rivedere
Pros:

Ho soggiornato una notte (8–9 aprile) presso l’Hotel Raffaello. Ho apprezzato la disponibilità di un parcheggio chiuso e coperto, sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Il personale alla reception si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Molto confortevoli il materasso e i guanciali, che hanno garantito un buon riposo. Nota positiva anche per il telo doccia, morbido e di buona qualità. Colazione continentale nella norma.

Cons:

Le indicazioni per raggiungere il parcheggio risultano poco chiare e, una volta all’interno, la segnaletica è praticamente assente. Anche le indicazioni negli ascensori sono carenti: è segnalato il ristorante ma non la reception, cosa piuttosto bizzarra. Assente acqua nel frigo-bar, dettaglio migliorabile. La pulizia della doccia potrebbe essere più curata. Infine, l’insonorizzazione delle camere non è adeguata: si percepiscono chiaramente i rumori dalle stanze vicine (nel mio caso, si sentiva russare il vicino).

La struttura è ben tenuta e personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Ottima posizione

Cons:

C’erano molte zanzare in camera nonostante sono solo i primi di aprile. Consiglio di fare dei trattamenti per evitare l’entrata di insetti.

The property fulfilled my basic expectations, which were a good place to spend the night and to park the car.

Cons:

Unfortunately my room wasn’t that clean, especially te moquette. The room didn’t have any slippers, not even single use. I had to ask for them at the reception. Of course they brought them to me but they were very low quality and uncomfortable. Also, I stayed 2 nights buy they didn’t change the single use slippers, while the first one were unusable.

Bir gece kaldık, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, çok yardımseverdi.
Otelin konumu trene yakın olduğu için bizim için bu nokta yeterliydi. Oda çok temizdi, çok konforluydu. Açıkçası daha çok gün burada zaman geçirebilseydik otelin de bahçesinde, kahvaltısını da deneyimlemek isterdim. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Non in centro ma facilmente raggiungibile col tram, la fermata veramente attaccata. Posizione tranquilla con vicina una buona pasticceria per la colazione 😉. Materassi comodi e struttura silenziosa.

Cons:

La moquette macchiata, magari pulita ma le macchie non sono piacevoli. Idem per i copriletti, le macchie non sono belle anche se pulite.

Ob an der Rezeption oder im Café..alle waren hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich..top

Hotel nuovo ben organizzato staff competente pulizia delle stanze ottima ,corredi presenti non dotato di balcone,posizione periferica molto silenzioso il contesto.,ottimo la presenza del garage bella terrazza antistante con giardino ,

Temperatura delle stanze eccessivamente calda non controllabile dal termostato letti comodi ma singoli presenza di zanzare eccessiva.
Colazione a pagamento se hai bambini non puoi preparare nulla da portarti al sacco scritto sul bancone colazione non credo sia giusto scriverlo sta al buon senso non esagerare
