Esperienza pessima

Purtroppo ho avuto un brutto soggiorno.

Cons:

É un hotel sporco, il bagno aveva un odore brutto, il personale della pulizie non ha rispetta l’orario del checkout, anche se mancavano 20 minuti e ho scritto alla reception dicendo che uscivo in quello orario. Poi il bagno aveva capelli, odore brutto e mancavano prodotti di igiene. Le camere non hanno insonorizzazione, é impossibile dormire. Ho avuto un brutto soggiorno. E loro neanche chiedono come è andata.

Questa volta un disastro!

Non era la prima volta che alloggiavamo presso questo hotel, ma le due volte precedenti è stato tutto molto diverso per questo siamo tornate. Questa volta purtroppo, la camera era vicinissima all'ascensore, per cui rumori continui. Appena arrivate un odore fortissimo di fumo in camera (tenendo conto che ero insieme ad un minore e che non fumo, non è stato affatto piacevole). Il termostato della camera non funzionava, c'era un freddo pazzesco. Durante la doccia si è allagato il bagno e oltre perché l'acqua è arrivata fino alla moquette della stanza. Il phon non funzionava, abbiamo contattato la reception che dopo alcuni minuti ci ha mandato un addetto, il quale però non è arrivato con un phon in sostituzione, ma è stato dieci minuti a maneggiare il phon che non funzionava nonostante io gli chiedessi di portarci un phon e poi nel caso tentare di sistemarlo, perché avevamo un impegno quindici minuti dopo e mia figlia era con la testa bagnata da poco uscita dalla doccia e rischiava di prendersi qualche malanno, ma l'inserviente non faceva che parlare con un collega al telefono senza ascoltarmi, il quale dopo parecchi minuti gli diceva di andare a prendere il phon in un'altra camera risolvendo finalmente il nostro problema. Un'esperienza da dimenticare e con dispiacere appena andate via ci siamo ripromesse che non torneremo mai più presso l'Hotel Raffaello, nonostante sia comodo per i nostri abituali viaggi a Firenze.
