An OK stay
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, location was good for train station which is about 7 minutes away. We liked the nice, clean look of this hotel.

Cons:

Our room was very hot and the three fans in there were a warning sign. Before our arrival, we were sent an email to check online and were told in that one passport was required for each room. When we got there, we had to check in again at the front desk with both of our passports. The process was quite lengthy and, to start with, we had to wait a while as there was no one available. That was a waste of our time checking in online. There was no welcome at all, no greetings upon our arrival. Customer service could have been better if they expect return business.

Pros:

the location is amazing, i didn't check the location when booking but apparently it was right behind a shopping street with a lot of restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very modern and clean, airconditioning available in the room and the bathroom was clean and modern as well. Overall amazing experience :)

Однозначно советую этот отель

Такого не было
Единственное включила утюг ( утюга был наш) и в результате выбило весь свет в номере, пришлось спускаться на рецепшн

Very enjoyable and comfortable in a great location
Pros:

Great location for everywhere. Close to the old town near Niederdorf and the river. Just a few minutes walk to the main train station.
Extensive breakfast selection of fresh bread, cheese, meats and fruit. Although variety of hot food very limited.
Room comfortable enough and the shower was excellent and really powerful.

Cons:

Outside road works were going on during the week and at times could be very noisy particularly one morning during breakfast. Although I accept this is not the fault of the hotel.
Room was a bit on the compact size, which I expected to be bigger.
Other than CNN a lot of the english speaking TV channels didn't work even though they were an option on the guide.
