Exceptional staff, amazing stay
Pros:

Exceptional staff. We were given a free upgrade for my partner's birthday, a complimentary mini bar, and we returned to the room to find a chocolate mousse cake slice with chocolate happy birthday wishes on the plate and a lovely personalised card!! This was probably one of the most special and most considerate response we've experienced by hotel staff on a birthday celebration!
Great location, minutes away from the tram stop and quick access to the centre. Clean, quiet, lovely facilities and fantastic breakfast buffet!

Super Personal, super Lage, Preis/Leistung stimmt!
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht und in der Notiz geschrieben, dass wir gerne je ein ruhiges Zimmer hätten, da wir an die eidg. Prüfung (@Messe) gehen und deshalb tiefen Schlaf benötigen. Sie haben uns super ruhige Zimmer in Richtung Innenhof gegeben und uns viel Erfolg gewünscht! Ausserdem war das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und die Tomatensuppe, welche wir am Mittag im Bar-Restaurant gegessen haben, ausgezeichnet. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, ob für einen Städtetrip, Businesstrip oder wie bei uns - zur Übernachtung kurz vor einer Prüfung :-)

Nichts! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Perfecto para ir al centro
Pros:

Ubicación buena, con coger un tranvia estabas cerca del centro, el hotel te da un QR para transporte gratuito durante tu estancia. Personal amable

Cons:

La tercera cama se puede mejorar. Las almohadas son estrechas.

Comfortable bed and nice stay but too expensive
Pros:

Comfort of the bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Smell of the hotel. Bathroom products.

Cons:

Dated bathroom with small cabin, water going on the floor and old shower head.
Also there was the wrapping of the soap from the previous guests in the shower and some hairs.
Too expensive.
We had a good stay but were expecting a bit more for a 4 stars hotel.
