Pros:

Convenient, pleasant atmosphere, nice breakfast

Cons:

Bath room was not clean when we arrived. Bath mat wet and down. Hair in tub

Probably a nice hotel 15 years ago.
Cons:

The first room we were assigned was filthy dirty and the carpet was wet. There was clear sticky liquid all over the phone and night table. When we walked toward the bathroom our feet were all sticky. I believe the previous guests spilled a sugary soda all over and the hotel staff never cleaned it up. The new room we were given was also run down. The bathtub had hair all over and the bathroom floor was clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the door stop was broken. The whole place was just junky and I was glad to get home so I could take a shower. I just felt dirty there.

Found bed bug in room day of checking out. Informed staff and was told I would be contacted by a manager. I have yet to hear anything from anyone since then.

Very comfortable, upon arrival room was 59 degrees. But we just cut off the A/C

This was the third time we stayed there and continue to be a good place for us.
Pros:

Quiet, clean. Friendly staff. Easy check in

Cons:

Parking little tight, steps on side entrance narrow. The taxes and fees added $33.22 to each day stay!
