Pros:

I like the location and the friendliness of the staff

Cons:

Overall it was a clean hotel, but it just had a smell. I'm not sure what that was but it just didn't smell right.

From initial check to check out me and my wife didn’t feel welcome at this Hampton Inn.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. The basic breakfast meal. The area was clean. Orange juice machine was not working. Attendant focus all questions to my wife and not to guest at the table.

Cons:

The selection was limited. Only 3-4 broken pieces of bacon mixed in with the cold chicken sausage patties. Eggs had gotten cold.
Request to speak with the manager but she would not come out to speak with me. The check in system was not working properly when we arrived. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. The room had a musty smell.

AWESOME HOTEL
Pros:

This is the first hotel that is so clean , staff is great, and coffee 24/7. Location

Cons:

Only 3 things. Parking spaces are not wide enough, my fridge didn't stay cold and there are not enough fun channels on tv..few but not all day. These are minor .

It met our needs for the purpose for which it was intended
Pros:

Staff was good. Room was clean. Good location

Cons:

There was one guy in the backlot fixing his truck, replacing the muffler. Car parts and tools everywhere. Near him was another guy just hanging out, playing music, smoking and talking on his phone. My wife and daughters didn’t feel safe. And if check-in was at 3:00, I thought rooms would be ready at 3:00 but that wasn’t the case.

Great stay, the room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find with ample parking.
Pros:

I came down a bit late for breakfast, 9:30 (breakfast closed at 10) so the hot portion of breakfast was on the colder/dryer side, but I did enjoy the waffles and other options. Variety of options to choose from, such as yogurts and cereal.

Cons:

The hotel portion at 9:30 was on the dry and cold side. Possibly because it was laying under the heaters so long which is normal. But that didn't take away from enjoying the breakfast.
