Cons:

The walls/doors are thin, i could hear the man in the room next door and the staff in the corridoor.
The balconies have no privacy.
The mug in my room had someone elses lipstick on it and there was toothpaste splatter on the wall/unit surrounding the bathroom sink
The room needs better lighting or a separate make up mirror

Pros:

Hotel is ideally located for a short break.
Staff are friendly, room was spacious and comfortable. Only the bedding was à bit too firm for us. Bath and shower were ok, and instantaneous hot water very appreciated. The breakfast was copious and very good. Also we appreciated much the online check-in: and the information about early arrival (11 am) was taken into account and the room directly ready. Thank you for all !

lovely hotel, amazing location will use again when I'm back in Edinburgh.
Pros:

The location was perfect , so many restaurants and cafes close by , The room was a good size with plenty of amenities and breakfast was fantastic!

Cons:

The room was a furnace, it was so hot. I had the aircon running continuously and was still warm at night. my shower was leaking which I fixed when I arrived.
