Dirty! Mold in ice machine that wasn't working, but no sign that said that. Bathroom dirty, no toilet paper holder, rusted tub drain
Room had bed bugs
The hotel smells heavily of smoke (both cigarette and marijuana) even though our room was a non-smoking room. The room was not clean and there was vomit on the floor from the previous guests. When we approached the manager, he said that we were lying and was rude to us. We promptly checked out of the hotel and asked for a reimbursement. The manager would not reimburse us for the whole stay. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel.
Toilet ran all the time and was kind of noisy. The general cleanliness was below average.
Toilet was broke and the tv didn’t work. Wasn’t very clean
The pictures that are posted online is not what youre booking. Room was dirty upon arrival. Bed was made and maybe a quick wipe down. Carpets are disgusting. Mold on lamp shade and ceilings. Washer and dryer are non working. Hotel manager was aware and made no attempt to fix it. Quality Inn corporate needs to really look into this hotel and why the minimum is being done to up keep it
Whole hotel is infested with roaches.
The rooms were dirty. We had live roaches in the bathroom and later found a dead one in the bed. When we made the manager/owner aware instead of being apologetic he got belligerent.
I wasn’t able to stay because my room was so disgusting and full of cockroaches
Great about of space in the room and very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to help out
Great stay during Rocklahoma! Clean room, quiet surroundings, and delicious breakfast! I will definitely stay again!
Bedbugs and cockroaches
Disgusting. The second I opened the fridge bugs came out, there were bodily fluids all throughout the room, the air conditioning was flooding onto the floor and through the ceilings, and the entire place had a mold-like smell. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.
We scheduled this hotel online. We drove 4 hours to take our grandkids swimming and when we got there the pool was closed. We were later told that the pool had been down for years. In my opinion this is false advertisement. It would be different if something had happened to the pool recently, but they are advertising an indoor pool flat has not been working for years. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was sitting on a couch in the lobby with a man laying in her lap. Awful experience never go here. Grandkids were heartbroken and we could not be refunded.
I have experienced a very friendly staff. The breakfast is really clean and good. i enjoyed the breakfast. The room smells good and i request others to stay. The good hotel to stay. No disturbance. The hall is also good.
Terrible experience at this hotel. The large hot continental breakfast they advertise is available 6-9 a.m. We went the first morning only to find there was no food out other than yogurt in the fridge and cold cereal with no milk. I asked the and she said we ran out of food. She finally gave us a loaf of bread to make toast, but we were putting our hands in the bag of bread and who knows who else had done that. We had to also ask for milk for the cereal. The orange juice was sour and the worker didn't know how to change it. She has worked there over 2 years. The kitchen door was never locked. Anyone could have gone in there and messed with food at any time. The garbage cans needed to be emptied everywhere throughout the building. My sheets had black stuff all over them when we arrived. We complained and they came to change them. The man brought 2 fitted sheets and no flat sheet and pillowcases so while he was getting those, I helped the lady make the bed. She wanted the second flat sheet on, so it was ready for the next guest!!! no overs over the wires by the dresser. I accidentally put my briefcase and folder in syrup in the dining area thinking the tables had been washed. I asked the sleeping worker for a rag to clean the table. She pointed at the napkins. I asked again for a WET rag. No words spoken from worker. I then said there must be a rag in the kitchen. She then stomped off and broght a dry rag then instructed me to use the hot water on the coffee machine
This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
When we arrived, the room was filthy — it smelled of mold and mildew, the sheets on the bed were stained and clearly not clean, and the overall condition of the room was disgusting. Shockingly, when housekeeping came to change the bedding, they admitted they were going to put two fitted sheets on the bed so they “wouldn’t have to change them the next time.” That alone speaks volumes about the lack of care, cleanliness, and professionalism.
The pool was falsely advertised as open, but it has clearly been under construction for a long time with no access. This is blatant misrepresentation.
Breakfast was an embarrassment. On the first morning, staff told us they had “run out of food.” On the second morning, what little was available was cold, the tables were still sticky and dirty from the day before, and garbage cans were overflowing. When we asked for a way to clean the syrup off our table, we were told they had nothing to clean with — and were handed an old rag with instructions to use hot water from the coffee machine. That is beyond unsanitary.
The staff were shockingly unprofessional. One employee literally sat in the dining area all day sleeping at a table while the hotel remained filthy. At no point did we see staff taking responsibility for cleanliness, maintenance, or basic hospitality.
This hotel is dirty, mismanaged, and dishonest in its advertising. The conditions were disgusting, the staff were lazy and inattentive, and there was zero accountability. It is unacceptable that this property is allowed to operate under the Quality Inn brand name.
I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere.
Property owner was rude. He was not very responsive to our issue with a leaking toilet.
convenient location for me, BUT the TV didn't work and no help with trying to get it to operate. Also, the end door was not operable with the room key.
The rooms were absolutely disgusting!! there was food on the floors, trash behind the beds, and vacuums have not been across the carpet in months. absolutely disgusting! service was horrible absolutely do not recommend this establishment
