Cons:

Le personnel en salle pas souriante, ni au pdj
Le menu au restaurant même pas imprimé en anglais et même en français, alors qu'il y a beaucoup de français 🤔.

Muito bom, mas poderia variar mais entre os dias, mas tinha muitas opções. Poucas opções de sucos e iorgutes. Boas opções sem glutem e lactose.

Cons:

O Hotel é muito bem cuidado e limpo, foi reformado recentemente, mas o elevador é meio antigo e o nome de resort spa também não faz muito jus ao tipo de hotel. O hotel é muito bom mesmo mas para ser um resort falta muito. Outro fator é o estacionamento pago a parte.

Atendimento. Cama king size com conforto excepcional! Café da manhã farto.

Cons:

Sugiro um treinamento melhor para equipe de limpeza. Como fui no Carnaval e o hotel estava lotado, suponho que tiveram que contratar pessoal "de emergência", mas não deram treinamento adequado. A camisola e manta usadas, p.ex., eram colocadas de forma bagunçada sobre os móveis e algumas embalagens não eram descartadas. No que chegamos ao quarto vimos a parede bem suja, no local em que ficava o suporte para mala... dá uma impressão de desleixo. No resto tudo ok, as toalhas, inclusive, eram trocadas diariamente.

Buen finde semana.
Pros:

El desayuno buffet increíble, muchísimas opciones todo super fresco. Esta bien ubicado, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas. La limpieza estuvo super bien! Usamos las piscinas y jacuzzi todo súper bonito.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría es sumar opciones vegetarianas para la cena. En el desayuno si habían pero por la tarde había una sugerencia del chef, nunca existió una posibilidad vegetariana, menos vegana.

Ótima localização e café da manhã

Cons:

Do barrulhos no corredor, acredito que os demais hóspede deveriam se conscientizar ao fechar a porta com cautela, falar baixo e não correr nos corredores do hotel para não incomodar os demais hóspedes.

Uma grata surpresa.
Pros:

O hotel é no centro da cidade, porém em alguns momentos até nos esquecemos disso tão organizada é a estrutura da piscina. O funcionários são muito educados. O estacionamento é ótimo. O café da mãnha é de primeira.

Em um dos banhos a água estava fria. Mas foi pontual.

Pros:

We loved everything. Nonetheless, while at the pool we ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich and after a long while asked about them and it seems they sent them to another table. We thought we could get a refill of our coco pina colada or the like but the request was kindly ignored. It was a bit of a disappointment given all the time we waited.
