Pros:

Location is great and the SPA amenities are quite nice. Staff was attentive to anything we needed during our stay, and having two different entrances is quite convenient. Big Shopping mall within walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast was not the greatest, we ended up not eating there everyday. Food was cold, there was hair in some items. Hotel is very loud, it seemed like there was no sound proof at all, we could hear guests in the hallways and next to us very loudly.

Pros:

Localização central e próximo de inúmeros restaurantes, ponto de ônibus, etc. Entre os hotéis da região central de Foz do Iguaçu, na minha opinião, este é o de melhor custo x benefício, pois oferece um preço equalizado aos demais, porém as comodidades e a conservação é bem melhor.

Pros:

La calidez humana del personal es algo a destacar. En la habitación te esperan con detalles que muestran la calidez del lugar. Postales, bombones y atención de primera. Todas las personas presentes fueron muy atentas, y la barra de la piscina tuvo su toque de amor en cada trago con la personalidad de Joao y su atención tan cercana.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente en el estacionamiento con otro vehículo. La persona (otro huésped) no dio aviso del impacto que tuvo con nuestra camioneta y el personal del hotel muy amablemente brindó información de cómo fue y se hizo responsable.

Sería importante contemplar la posibilidad de que alguien guíe a vehículos grandes a desplazarse en el estacionamiento para evitar impactos.
