Personnel plutôt agréable

Cons:

Hôtel situé à l’angle d’un carrefour avec feux tricolores avec une chambre donnant sur la rue donc très bruyant même la nuit. Les clients dans le couloir ont été hyper bruyants même à minuit, à discuter ou rigoler avec leurs enfants !

Very comfortable
Pros:

It’s a very beautiful and comfortable hotel. There were plenty of towels in the room, which I really appreciated as a woman with long hair. The breakfast was very extensive and delicious; they even have plenty of options for people with dietary restrictions. We also ate at the restaurant once, and the food was absolutely delicious. The pool is heated and very cozy. It’s the ideal place to relax.

Cons:

There was no bottled water in the room, which is really crazy since the water in Brazil isn’t drinkable. In the evening, there’s a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway, and you can even hear the music from the pool in the room. It was after 10 p.m., after all. The delicious breakfast isn’t served until 6:30 a.m., and breakfast to go isn’t an option, which is a real shame since everyone comes to visit the waterfalls and all the tours usually start around that time. You’d think the hotel would be prepared for this, but no. You do have 24-hour room service, but unless you want pasta or steak for breakfast, there are no breakfast options available through room service. The hotel is located in what feels like a ghost town; aside from the waterfalls and the meeting of the three countries, there’s absolutely nothing to do. We went to a shopping center for a bit, but there was nothing special to see there. If you want to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel, you’ll have to take a taxi, because everything is quite far away.

Nice but not superb
Pros:

The breakfast was great, really good spread of dishes.
I mentioned it was for our wedding anniversary and we got a great card and some cakes for it. That was a thoughtful gift.
The staff spoke English and were very friendly.
Hand made ceramics and art around the hotel made a great difference - nice touch.
The bar area is great, clean and well designed.
Everything outside the room was good.
They had a kettle and a microwave in the baby changing area you could use.

Cons:

Our room was quite small and the bathroom was tiny and dated.

Pros:

Staff simpático e localização excelente, mas limpeza deficiente

Localização excelente e funcionários muito simpáticos

Cons:

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Ficamos hospedados 4 dias e não trocaram roupas de banho. Encontrei papel de bala no chão do quarto no dia que me instalei.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

we had the most terrible experience at the reception .

Cons:

They advertise for items in bookings but when you get to the hotel you have to pay for them, like sauna. When asked to speak to the manager we were told there was no manager present at the property. We waited 4 hours in the lobby. Never able to speak with the manager. still waiting for my refund back.
