Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage, gutem Essen und sehr höfflichem Personal
Pros:

Wir waren im Juni 2026 dort in der Off-Season und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und dem Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Das Abendessen haben wir immer spontan am Abend gebucht. Es war sehr gut und bot ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ein großes Lob auch an den Barkeeper, der uns Cocktails direkt an den Whirlpool gebracht hat. Sie waren sehr lecker und wunderschön dekoriert.

Wir haben die Wasserfälle und den Staudamm besucht und sind überall mit Uber gefahren. Das Hotel kann aber auch ein Taxi direkt nach Argentinien zu den Wasserfällen organisieren.

Das Hotel können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Wir würden sehr gerene wieder kommen!

Wonderful staff, pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Every single person I met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They always had a smile on their face and created such a warm and friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to the hostess at the restaurant, who spoke English and helped me communicate with my taxi driver. I only wish I could remember everyone's names so I could thank each of them personally—they all deserve recognition. The lobby and restaurant were also very pleasant, and overall I had a comfortable stay

Cons:

Nothing major. My room was quite simple, the bathroom could use a little updating, and the view wasn't particularly special. I also noticed that the pillows didn't smell as fresh as I expected. None of these affected my overall experience, as the kindness and hospitality of the staff truly made my stay memorable.

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, and we felt very well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable and fully met our expectations. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and a location that worked very well for us. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
