très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à taille humaine et très bien situé.
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre et le calme de l'hôtel situé au centre près du Ku-Dam
très beau petit déjeuner buffet. Personnel très affable.

Cons:

j'ai du attendre deux jours avant que la chambre soit faite... on m'explique que c'est un hôtel ecolo et il faut faire la demande
pour que la chambre soit faite..Suis je bien dans un établissement 4 étoiles?Je n'ai pas bien compris la démarche..
Heureusement tout est rentré dans l'ordre.Merci.

Not much tbh

Cons:

This didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Broken tiles in the bathroom, no air-conditioning and no shampoo in the bathroom. I wasn't impressed with the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff.. the location is great a lot of good restaurants and cafes close by.. Manzini for breakfast is fantastic.. we like the bar and retro decoration of rooms.. we have stayed many times and feel comfortable and looked after
