Great location and hotel value. Food not as economical.
Pros:

Great location. Confortable accommodations. Basics done right.

Cons:

TV channel selection. No English channels after our first day. Some improvements being done might have affected. Shower shield not enough in shower. Floor got inundated. Breakfast buffet more expensive than usual.

Overall, my experience was average.
Pros:

I stayed at Park Plaza Berlin for three nights and would rate my overall stay 3 stars. The hotel was okay, but the cleanliness and overall environment were average. The location, however, is excellent — very convenient and only around a 3-minute drive from Berlin Zoologischer Garten. The main issue was parking: the hotel garage costs €30 for 24 hours, and it is also difficult to find free parking in the surrounding area.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend !

Cons:

eine halbe Stunde vor check-out kam unerwartet Putzfrau in das Zimmer und ich stand nackt im Badezimmer, obwohl an der Tür "bitte nicht stören" aufgehängt war... nicht so schlimm, aber besser vorher wissen 😊
