Pros:

The building is architecturally pleasing, the interior freshly renovated and the rooms super clean. This place has a truly historical atmosphere.
Inner courtyard facing rooms are nice and quiet (notwithstanding those mechanical stairwell doors..).
The staff is helpful.
Location is superb - in terms of being close to the sights and the general neighbourhood.

Cons:

Being in the closest room to the automatic mechanical doors in each stairwell means you could hear the mechanisms going througout the night. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room further down the hall.

Pros:

Schicke Zimmer in einer super Lage. Ich mochte besonders den Holzfußboden - das fühlt sich wie Zuhause an :) Für mich war auch die zusätzliche Hafermilch zum Kaffee ein absoluter Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Der Föhn war eher semi, aber in welchem Hotel sind die schon super :D

Berlin was a very interesting city. The hotel was fabulous and great value for money.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was warm, comfortable, clean, bright and had a really comfortable bed. I had a great view of an historic building across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Our room was big, comfy, and clean. It is quite basic, but had everything we needed for a long weekend. The location of the hotel is great as well, we had no issues getting anywhere we wanted to go.

Super comfortable hotel located near great cafes, restaurants, and transport.

Cons:

Room lacked some normal hotel items like tissues, extra rolls of toilet paper, and drinking glasses.
Did not like have two duvet on a double bed. You should offer guests the option to have one large duvet!!!

Great location - bed uncomfortable & service disappointing

Uncomfortable bed (way too soft)
No room service, unless you request it, basically you pay for an hotel and get an Airbnb instead
Would have chosen another hotel if I knew beforehand
