A frill-free hotel for your stay in Venice
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend in March. Our room was located in a detached block a few yards away from the main hotel. The room (701) was extremely spacious, with two small sofas and a coffee table on the side. The room was cleaned every day by two lovely ladies. The only downside was the smell coming from the bathroom, due to the low tide allowing unpleasant odours through the waste pipe.

Breakfast can be improved with little effort by adding lactose-free yogurts and milk. Another point, none of the ingredients were listed. We asked for clarifications, but the waiters could not help (not a language barrier, just a lack of knowledge of their content).
Otherwise, the staff was very helpful, cordial and charming.

Está muy bien ubicado, y al hacer el check-out es verdad que un hombre con gafas y un chico jóven fueron muy simpáticos.

Cons:

La habitación no era muy cómoda, no estaba demasiado limpia, además la mampara de la ducha estaba toda rota y salida del rail. El hombre con coleta que nos atendió al hacer el check-in era bastante borde, no nos explicó absolutamente nada y fue muy seco.

Excellent location poor amenities
Pros:

The location is fantastic close to San Marco square with lots of shops and restaurants exactly near it and it has an elevator if you have luggage, so you don’t need to lug it up flights of stairs

Cons:

Our room was old fashioned and dirty, the curtains and walls were stained with something looked like blood, but the sheets were clean and crisp. The shower was broken had no door and therefore the floor was a swimming pool. The toilet flusher was broken and came off in your hand when you flushed and you had to clip it back on. Mosquitoes were a nightmare, don’t open the windows! Breakfast was mediocre with only tiny buns, ham and cheese some yoghurt cereal and jam

Pros:

Great location & staff were very helpful at check-in. We were early but were able to store our bags until our room was ready. Room large & comfortable with great double glazing which sealed out the street noise from below.

Cons:

Only a small area for all the guests to have breakfast & staff seemed quite stressed keeping up with making hot drinks, clearing tables, refilling the food & washing up. Would be nice to be able to make hot drinks in tge room.

Pros:

O hotel é antigo. Café da manhã bem ruim. Não recomendo!

Cons:

A localização não é ruim. Fica bem perto da praça principal. Aproximadamente 100 metros. Mas o hotel é bem antigo, não tem locker de bagagem e foi um dos piores que já fiquei nos últimos tempos. Não recomendo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre est assez grande et jolie, le petit déjeuner était un buf

La beauté de la réception. Le lit était très confortable.

Cons:

Le miroir de la salle de bain avait plein de tâches de rouille. Très peu de contact avec le personnel qui nous a semblé un peu froid - mais ça devait certainement être car on ne parlait pas la même langue.
