Cumplió mis expectativas
Pros:

El personal muy amable y atento siempre. La ubicación era extraordinaria, a poco metros de San Marcos y de todas las paradas de Vaporetto para conocer otras islas de Venecia. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y el tamaño de la habitación era estándar, por lo que en la relación precio calidad considero que es una buena alternativa pensando en ahorrar y dormir cómodos a la vez.

Cons:

La escalera o el acceso a la habitaciones en general es un poco reducido el espacio y la escalera no es amigable para personas mayores o subir con equipaje, para eso sí o sí el ascensor que funciona bien.

Venedig ist ein schönes Urlaubsziel aber so überlaufen. Und fürn Kaffee 9€ zu verlangen ist absolut unmöglich!

Das alles von dort aus gut zu erreichen war.

Cons:

Es roch sehr nach Urin im Bad und das dass Zimmer nicht im eigentlichen Hotel war sondern in einem neben Gebäude und das ohne Aufzug. Frühstück habe ich in Italien auch schon mal besser gesehen da gab es nur Croissant und so kleine Semmeln noch nicht mal ein Ei.

Pros:

Super lokalita, servis precizní, snídaně nic moc, ale za ty peníze ujde. Všechno blízko hotelu. Možná málo světla na pokoji, ale výhled naprosto dostačující.

La vera Venezia a due passi da San Marco
Pros:

La posizione eccezionale.
L'arredo tipicamente veneziano e la pulizia della camera.

Ottima posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che era il weekend del redentore. Unica pecca la stanza era poco luminosa, ma se ci dormi e basta non ha grandissima rilevanza.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Der Rezeptionist hat sich Zeit genommen und alles genau erklärt.

Die Lage ist toll.
