Really nice hotel, in a not very convenient location.
Pros:

The room was amazing, super spacious and very elegant. The free laundry facilities next door were super helpful.

Cons:

The first room we were given had a terrible sewage smell. The staff were aware of this ongoing problem, and arranged for us to change rooms. But, it is an issue that should perhaps be addressed, instead of waiting for guests to complain? We appreciated that they changed our room, but it was a hassle to pack up again. The location is NOT very convenient. No supermarkets or good restaurants nearby, and the restaurants on site were incredibly expensive. The WiFi didn't work very well at all. The breakfast was outrageously expensive.

Pros:

Fantastic stay with absolutely excellent staff and customer service! When the tour that I had booked failed to arrive, the concierge immediately arranged a new tour that mirrored the one that I had booked in the same day. Additionally, they upgraded my room for free when I expressed some concerns and then also arranged another tour to the Hunan Museum. Their customer service is impeccable and the hotel provided a wonderful experience that I highly recommend! Excellent and exceeded my expectations! A special thanks to this wonderful group of staff members!

Pros:

Le petit dejeuner étais exceptionnel et très varié
La chambre super avec un double chambre pour 3ou 4 personnes
La salle de détente.; gym. Et piscine super.
La décoration de la reception est très archaïque ,mérite une restauration plus moderne ,plus aérée .je vous souhaite un belle avenir.

Pros:

The building was so beautiful, with the friendliest most helpful staff. Easy walk to many local businesses for dining. I would recommend Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou to anyone.

Comfortable but a bit outdated
Pros:

I stayed here for 1 night for business. The hotel has a beautiful, spacious lobby and has really nice character to it. However, the room did feel a little outdated.

Pros:
Friendly, professional staff. The front desk all spoke adequate English. They also provide transportation to the airport for a fee.
Several restaurants on premise. I ate dinner at the café and it was decent.
Delicious breakfast offered – freshly squeezed juice, omelette station, mix of western and Chinese foods.
Good location – there are 2 bank ATM’s across the street, about 5 minutes walking. They both accept USA ATM cards for those who need cash.
Fast, reliable WIFI
Very comfortable bed
Outlets in room are compatible with 2-prong USA plugs

Cons:
The bathroom has an automatic, motion sensor light. Problem is, it goes off after a couple of minutes. It was difficult taking a shower and having the light turn off constantly.
The bathtub has a shower head but nowhere for it to be hung from. You will need to hold the shower head while showering.

Great staff, Great Hotel, Great Location
Pros:

The staff were so attentive, helping in any way they could my taxi and train travel was all helped by the amazing front-of-house staff.
The restaurant staff were brilliant, even the managers helped out when it was busy a really good team.
The location is great, the famous Shaolin temple is not far from the amazing city.

Cons:

My room 1617 was a little warm for me when I first arrived.

We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and supportive. They went out of their way to help us with the language barrier. They confirm with the driver where we wanted to go. Thanks, especially for Emilia. She was a great help.
