Central avec super rooftop mais insalubre
Pros:

Pour commencer par les points positifs, le rooftop est clairement le gros atout de cet hôtel. La vue sur Florence est imprenable, le coucher de soleil est incroyable et le service au bar est top. Franchement, c’est l’un des plus beaux rooftops que j’aie vus à Florence jusqu’à présent. L’hôtel est très central et bien situé, proche de la gare. Les rues ne sont pas très calmes, mais l’emplacement est pratique pour tout faire à pied ou pour être à côté de la gare. Ensuite, le personnel est très aimable et réactif, je n’ai rien à redire sur ce point.

Cons:

Malheureusement, c’est l’état général de l’hôtel qui pose problème. À mon arrivée, la porte de ma chambre était cassée et j’ai dû rester sur le rooftop plus d’une heure en attendant qu’on la répare. Le personnel a été très réactif et aimable, ce n'est pas le problème, mais cela reflète l’état général de l’établissement. Malgré la réparation, j'ai bien vu qu'elle ne se claquait pas à 100 % et j'ai de nouveau eu du mal à la fermer avant d'aller me coucher, je ne peux même pas garantir qu'elle était vraiment fermée, honnêtement je ne me sentais pas tranquille, ce qui est un peu dommage quand on paie une chambre d'hôtel plus de 100 euros. Un petit geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu :) Dans la chambre, la douche fuyait, le carrelage s’est retrouvé inondé après seulement cinq minutes. L’isolation phonique est mauvaise, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine. La seule prise disponible dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai donc dû utiliser celle de la salle de bain, ce qui a compliqué mon réveil et le chargement de mon portable. Pour le prix payé, des rafraîchissements seraient mérités, et je reviendrai uniquement pour profiter du rooftop.

Am ramas in mare parte dezamagit de acest sejur.

Locatia a fost buna si amplasarea aproape de punctele de atractie.

Cons:

Camera a fost murdara peste tot, mucegai pe pereti, mucegai in baie, miros dezgustator de mucegai peste tot. Camera nu era curata iar usile erau defecte toate. Dupa avertizare ni s-a dat alta camera un pic mai curata.

Polite and Friendly

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is near the Florence Central Station. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. The Mercato Florence and shopping areas are near the hotel. The staff were friendly and polite. Worth the money.

Una piacevole scoperta
Pros:

Il rumore incessante dei lavori di ristrutturazione della terrazza -non segnalati all’atto della prenotazione - della terrazza in particolare dalle 14 alle 17 non è stato possibile riposare né in genere usufruire della terrazza panoramica per la quale avevo scelto questo hotel.
