Pros:

Tenía reservado una habitación Standard para 2 y desayuno incluido.
Y nos dieron una habitación con terraza y vistas todo un detalle.
La habitación amplia, cama grande colchón y almohadas perfectas para nosotros, sufro de lumbago y dormí estupendamente.
El desayuno estaba bien correcto, faltaba variedad, era repetitivo los días que estuvimos.
El hotel estaba en un lugar céntrico, buena ubicación , que se podía llegar a todos los lugares de interés y a la estación de María Novella.
Tienen una terraza bonita que tienen vistas a la ciudad y al Duomo , que se puede beber o comer algo en el bar.
La atención de recepción y del personal, estupenda, siempre atentos en todo momento.
Gran detalle de cortesía dejarnos 2 botellas de agua en la habitación, ya que es importante, estás llegando de viaje y no tienes tiempo de comprar en el camino,
En otros hoteles y hasta los de 4 estrellas no te dejan botellas de agua.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó es que cuando llegamos a la habitación después de estar fuera y cansados y queríamos descansar, pasada las 23:00 por las noches, hacían mucho ruido arriba en la terraza moviendo o arrastrando las sillas y mesas y supongo barriles de cerveza etc, algo así sentía, y también las máquinas sonaban fuerte no se si eran neveras .
El baño era pequeño, pero limpio.

Perfekt läge, god service och brilliant rum med bästa utsikten från vår balkong.
Pros:

Läget mitt i Florens är perfekt och även kort gångväg från tågstationen. Vi hade ett fantastiskt rum med stor balkong med utsikt mot domkyrkan. Vi hade även en egen bubbelpool så svårslaget att hitta bättre.

Pros:

Great location close to train station and landmarks, wonderful view from rooftop bar, the staff there especially the young lady waitress were exceptional a credit to you

Cons:

Le lit grinçant, le bruit dans la rue piétonne au pied de l'hôtel, le soir très tard et nettoyage bruyant la nuit. Un endroit où il est difficile de se reposer après des grosses journées de visites touristiques bien fatigantes. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits en boîte ou sous vide, sans variation au fil des jours..
