If the price is less than €100 per night, it's worth it.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and the central train station, making it easy to reach on foot. Our booking did not include breakfast. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The hotel's style is somewhat dated, which is common in many historic buildings in Italy. Our room was on the fourth floor and featured a small balcony with a view of the Duomo. There is also a rooftop bar; we visited it to check out the view, although we did not stay for a drink. Considering the price, the overall experience was good.

Cons:

There were, however, two drawbacks. First, the soundproofing was poor, and we could hear almost everything happening in the corridor, which made the room a bit noisy at times. Second, the bathroom door needed to be kept closed, as an unpleasant odor would otherwise spread into the room.

Cons:

Als ich ankam war mein Zimmer vom Regen überschwommen. Dann durfte ich netterweise das Zimmer wechseln. Hier war alles wesentlich enger und kleiner!
In der Dusche konnte man sich kaum bewegen, weil so eng war, dass obwohl ich schon klein und schmal bin. Dann waren noch mehrere Haare im Bad die nicht mir gehörten.

Hotel is decent but not worth 3 star as advertised. Staffs are welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

Location. Close to train station, dome, mercato centrale, cafes and restaurants

Cons:

Lobby was decent. Rooms are outdated. Old furniture with tons of noticeable damage all over the room. Paints peeling and cracks on the ceiling. Windows aren’t thick to cancel the noise coming from the streets. Rooms were facing towards the busy street so difficult for entire family members to sleep during night. Waters were coming inside the room from the corners of the windows when raining, as there seems to be issue with the window. Very strong smell of sewer were coming all the time when toilet was used which was not pleasant.

Pros:

Расположение прекрасное, 5 минут от вокзала - 5 минут от центра. Также очень красивая веранда! Приветливый персонал

Cons:

После дождя затопило комнату (фото прилагаю). Из-за отсутствия тумбочки со стороны розетки, пришлось заряжать телефон на полу. Как итог - сломалось зарядное устройство, потому что залило водой. Когда к соседям пришли вытирать наводнение, я выглянула в коридор и сказала что меня тоже затопило. На что меня проигнорировали. Также отсутствуют принадлежности для письма, зубные щетки/пасты, чайная ложка (я понимаю, что 3 звезды, но эти атрибуты куда важнее телевизора) 🙂Была испорчена поездка по итогу, расстроило зарядное устройство в воде.

Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, fresh and plentiful. Location spot on, easy reach (5mins) of train station, tram stops to airport, turn the corner and you are in the heart of the city with lots of shops, trattorias and restaurants. Room with balcony gave us a view of the Duomo, Indoor market and red tile rooftops. Good shower with plenty of hot water, aircon was sufficient. Being able to leave our bags at the hotel in a secure store room for a few hours after checking out was very nice benefit

Cons:

Rooms lacked colour and felt a little drab. Furniture adequate but a little old fashioned. Not enough plug sockets for phone ipad charging. Would have liked pillow and mattress protectors on the bed.

Nice stay, definitely convinient due to positioning. Staff really helpful.
Pros:

The hotel is nice and attempts to match the Florence old town style.
The balcony was a nice surprise.
The roof-top bar was great in the evening.

Cons:

There were some things that was poorly done:
- the ceiling in the bathroom was pealing of
- the furniture and matress was weared from use.
