Pros:

Location was great, easy access to high way, dunkin donuts & subway close. Bed was comfortable, pretty it was new. Rooms were upgraded & clean.

Cons:

Water on got warm when we took showers.

* No shuttle service after 12pm on to Airport
* keeping the baggage after checkout will cost $20
* Light/ Table lamp not working
* Smelly Room
* Torn chairs and Couch
* Smells like Pets were there
* No laundry bag
* No facility to do ironing of clothes
* Poor Infrastructure
* Very Poor Breakfast
* If anything finished in Breakfast, they don’t even replinish

Pros:

Clean and comfy.

Cons:

Very bad customer service experience, both from the front desk/Wyndham, and Booking.com when I tried to get an issue resolved. No one had any record of anything and kept passing the buck I was lied to/misinformed more than once, and hung up on more than once.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Shuttle is about all that was good

Cons:

The East Indian girl at the front desk was very hard to understand so her directions on where to meet the shuttler was a total disaster. It took me 30 minutes to get to the shuttle pick up when in fact I was only 5 minutes from the location upon arrival. Then when I finally got to the Hotel I went to my room only to find the bed linings piled up on the floor and bath towels in a heap on the bathroom floor. Oh, and by the way, it is 1:00 AM in the morning. Breakfast consisted of waffles, yogurt. muffins, cold cereal or toast.

I was happy this particular Super 8 was clean and safe.
Pros:

Love the cleanliness!!!! Staff was excellent. Parking and location was safe and secure which is one of the most important thing I value. Price is better than anything around.

Breakfast was terrible though. Broken juice machine, not water. Minimal offerings. One of the worst.

Over all very happy despite the disappointing breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. I’ve been to other Super 8 which were exceptional.
