Pros:

Le personnel était gentil et attentionné.
Arrivés plus tôt dans la journée, nous avons pu récupérer nos clés. La chambre etait spacieuse et vraiment très propre.
L'hôtel propose le matin, café et jus d'orange gracieusement mais pas de petit-déjeuner.

Staff super friendly, beds were super comfy, showers were a bit stained. But overall liked the place.

It was conveniently located by Universal Studios.

Cons:

The signal to exit. It’s at a light that enters the freeway and doesn’t turn green. Just flashes red. I had to make sure all signal lights were red before feeling okay to exit. Or I just made a right and then a u turn.

The Good and The Bad
Pros:

Being a mile away from universal was great! Having a bar across the street with affordable drinks was also great!

Cons:

I didnt like the hotel reeking of weed so much but I got over it and I also didn't like having the power going out for like 30 minutes one of the days I was staying there.

Me robaron un supuesto depósito en garantía de 200 dólares que nunca regresaron a mi cuenta hablé varias veces y según ellos no lo habían cobrado pero en mi banco apareció como pagado al establecimiento

初めての家族との海外旅行で、ユニバーサルスタジオハリウッドに行く際利用しました、スタッフの方が、英語が喋れない私でも、とても優しく丁寧に対応してくれました。近くに飲食店もあり、食事なしのプランでしたが、不自由なく過ごせました。

the best option if you are going to universal studios hollywood
Pros:

We really enjoyed the two nights we spent at the hotel. It´s Walking distance from Universal, not worth it to take an uber (4 min ride) unless you are super tired. We arrived by car, we paid for the parking at the hotel and it was cheaper than taking the car to Universal. Room was really clean, bathroom smelled really cleaned as well and super friendly customer service.

Pienso q cuando uno llegue deben de dar la habitación sin extra cargo antes de las 2:00 pm

Cons:

Pues la verdad lo que no me gusta es que cobren el parqueadero porque debe de ser parte del hotel y no deben cobrar
