Needs work on making sure all information is correct and updated
Pros:

I like everything but i picked a with a pool
And I got there to get settle in
To ask a while after about where the pool area is for stuff to say we use to have one
I was disappointed that's y I picked that motel
My kids was happy to hear about the pool and the gym but we couldn't experience what I asked for.
Then I requested 2 nights for $133.00 a night and I got $260.00 one night just knowing me and my kids ate breakfast to hear we had to leave was so wrong and I paid $7.00 when I booked and paid $20.00 more when I got there and I didn't get refunded for anything
It's crazy cause I worked for Marriott and this is not how the guest should be treated that's why my score was different

Great stay will definitely be returning

It was great and employee was constant going around checking if everything was okay. Very helpful and friendly staff throughout the place.

Cons:

I did not use the shower, did not feel safe. I am a senior citizen. The shower flower looked very slick and there were no safety rails/hand holds on the shower walls. Safety issue.

Did not get much sleep.
Cons:

Staff did not enforce quiet hours. They knew there was a drunk party out on the patio which woke me up at midnight. We complained TWICE. Next morning when I brought it up to day person she made an excuse it was wedding guests and people now days do not have any respect for others. Just more reason to enforce the rules.
