Pros:

Never got to the breakfast so no idea on quality. Hotel is having some maintenance and hot tub is out. Could use some wear and tear issues addressed. Checked in and front desk said they were sold out when I asked about a room switch, they weren't sold out but whatever I won't be back so no biggie

Nice area. Clean rooms.
Pros:

We had a 2BR suite so had lots of room. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of parking. Employees were nice. Lots of restaurants in close proximity including a few Tim Hortons. Breakfast was good except I wish there was peanut butter and would have preferred real bacon or sausage rather than the Canadian bacon and turkey/veggie sausage (one of the 3 days did have real sausage). The other breakfast choices were good and there was plenty of seating. It was about 25 minutes from Toronto but a good alternative if you’d rather stay out of the city but in a nice area with restaurants.

The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. We enjoyed our in suite stay at Residence Inn. Definitely recommend this hotel for a nice and cozy stay.
