Tolle Lage, Essen sehr gut, alles andere eher "gut".
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an einem sehr schönen Strand ist toll. Das Hotel ist auch sehr schön angelegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Qualität des Bufffets zum Abendessen ist sehr hoch.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Abendessen, beim Frühstük und an der Bar ist recht unerfahren, daher ist der Service insgesamt eher durchschnittlich. Abgesehen von der Rezeption spricht das Personal nur Spanisch. Die Zimmeraussicht (zum Nationalpark) war eher mäßig (unbedingt Seeblick buchen). Zimmerreinigung war ebenfalls eher mäßig, mehrmals wurden schmutzige Gläser und Becher nicht ausgetauscht. 15EUR Parkgebühr pro Tag finde ich für ein Strandhotel etwas hoch. Wir hatten bei der Buchung nach Zimmern in oberen Stockwerken angefragt, leider war dies nicht möglich.

Boas instalações e localização. Empatia zero.
Pros:

O Hotel tem ótimos quartos e a limpeza é irrepreensível. A proximidade da praia é fantástica.

Cons:

A comida é horrível. A carne estava toda crua, não faço ideia se foi disso mas passei a noite a vomitar e com diarreia. No dia seguinte a minha família tentou que a recepção chamasse uma ambulância mas não o fizeram, que tínhamos de ser nós. Estar muito doente num país cuja língua não é a nossa já é difícil o suficiente, podiam e deveriam ter ajudado. Passei o dia no centro médico de punta Umbria a receber tratamento.
Não irei voltar.

Por decir algo malo (ya que no tiene apenas nada) las habitaciones que no tienen terraza y solo tienen un pequeño balconcito, no tienen para poder poner la ropa a secar.
