overall we had a decent stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Thane was excellent while checking my husband and I in into the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom shower water WAS COLD! The other issue was the milk sour. Michael was wonderful in helping to get this resolved.

Pros:

It was nice and clean. It took a while to check in before someone was at the front desk. Id say I waited about ten minutes for someone to show up. Breakfast was great

Cons:

My room was a handicap room -which I didnt need. The floor was very sticky so I had to use a bath towel and reclean the entire floor. The bed was too low for me too but okay to sleep in. The TV had sound but no picture.

Tristy was horrible customer service, rooms had no privacy shade, paper thin walls with loud neighbo

Cons:

Customer service was horrible. Room shade broken with no privacy on ground level, and paper thin walls with neighbor listening to a very very loud horror film. Tristy at the front desk did not address our issues, and was very rude when we asked for a new room. When I confronted her rudeness, she doubled down, and required additional funds for a room change. My partner was concerned Tristy would come into our room when she saw us leave for dinner or do something to our car because I asked her why she was being rude. We left in an hour and did not stay the night. Tristy refused to check me out until 3am. I called corporate Best Western for my money back, and Tristy lied and said she had proof I stayed. I have a video of my room and me checking out, as well as 24/7 mileage tracking which clearly shows I did not stay. Tristy is not only rude and ruined our would-be stay, but a downright liar.

I would not recommend this property to anyone else

Easy check in and check out

Cons:

The ice machine was not working, and had to go to the 3rd floor for ice. A lot of water came out of the handicap shower, which made the floor slick. I used towels to clean up the water. When I hung up the towels, it was filthy from the floor. Walking in the room with shoes, the floor was very sticky, when walking around in the room The blackout curtain could not be lowered by the button on the box. Tried to manually lower the block out curtain and still would not work. Tried the work out facilities. The bike was not working very good. You would make one rotation and the bike would try to freeze up and was not smooth at all. Tried the stair stepper and it too was very difficult to use. The treadmill was ok

We had an enjoyable stay and if we ever pass through again we would stay.
Pros:

We were very pleased with the motel and the service. Value was good also.

Cons:

The bed in the room was very low to the ground. Not uncomfortable but hard to get in and out of, I think we had
a handicap room and I don't know how an elderly of handicap person could get out.

Easy access to freeway
Pros:

Location, and it was pet friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, sausage eggs potatoes and waffles available along with the normal fair of cereals breads muffins etc.

Cons:

The heater never shuts off and is very loud. It was too cold to not have a heater on. Made it very difficult to sleep.
