Die Lage ist top, freundliche Dame am Empfang

Cons:

Vor allem: wir hatten ein klimatisiertes Zimmer gebucht und eines ohne Klimaanlage erhalten. Leider zu spät gemerkt, das Personal war am späten Abend bereits weg. Die Gegend ist extrem laut, von außen wurde gegrölt und gerattert, es war unmöglich zu schlafen. Das Hotel ist weiterhin recht altmodisch, Teppich überall, der Kofferaufbewahrungsraum für jeden zugänglich.

Nie wieder dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Innenstadt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Keine Klimanlage im Zimmer, bei öffnen der Fenster, lauter Innenhof u.a. Renovierungsarbeiten im Nachbargebäude, selbst in der Nacht Ruhestörung durch Fremde im Innenhof. Als wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert haben, wurde uns gesagt: beim nächsten mal sollten wir direkt die Polizei anrufen.
Das Frühstück war mager, Es gab kein Brot oder Toast. Nur Brötchen, für Rentner schlecht zu beissen, die man mit den stumpfen Messer nicht schneiden konnte. Auf Nachfrage waren keine Brotmesser vorhanden. Rührei, Omelett und Spiegelei, kosten Extra.

Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall bei einem weiteren Besuch in München nutzen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Wir hatten ein sehr großes ruhiges Zimmer. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück gab es eine außergewöhnlich große Vielfalt an frischen Obst.

Cons:

Die Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne war nicht sehr komfortabel, beim Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr Vollkornprodukte gewünscht.
