We didn't get connected rooms as requested but rooms were next to each other so it was ok. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged
Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par un personnel chaleureux, attentif. L'emplacement est idéal à proximité de lieux touristiques dans une rue calme. Chambre impeccable, propre et bien entretenue avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié pour bien démarrer la journée. Un hôtel décoré avec goût et chaleureux nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

La chambre était exiguëe, les couleurs sombres, la salle de bain minuscule. Rien à voir avec les photos. Sans compter l’odeur de boulangerie à 5 h du matin dans la chambre ! Ça réveille !

The location was absolutely amazing. We were walking distance to many great spots, which we appreciated. Our staff upon arrival was very kind, attentive, at the desk when we needed in, etc.
A male staff member the last night of our stay was incredibly rude, aggressive, and lazy. After going out, we stood outside the hotel door for 10 minutes ringing the bell, waiting to be let in, in the cold, etc. while he was in the back presumably sleeping. After 10 minutes spent outside, of a hotel we paid hundreds of dollars to stay inside of, we let ourselves in. He then aggressively approaches us from the back yelling at us, scolding us, and telling us that we are to wait outside (of the hotel we paid for) until he feels like coming to let us in. Dissatisfactory to say the least.

La chambre est petite malheureusement.
Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Arrivés avant l'heure d'enregistrement, nous avons été installés plus tôt et on nous a proposé une autre chambre avec une salle de bain plus spacieuse. On nous a également recommandé des restaurants à proximité, où nous avons passé une excellente soirée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques de Paris. À proximité également : métro, commerces, pharmacie et toutes les commodités nécessaires. La chambre, bien que petite, est très confortable et agréablement parfumée. La décoration est soignée, l'éclairage est bon, le lit est confortable et de bonne qualité, les oreillers aussi, et la chambre est impeccable. Chose inattendue pour un 3 étoiles : une machine à café avec capsules, crème et thé sont à disposition. La salle de bain est parfaitement équipée, avec même de la crème pour le corps. L'hôtel dispose d'un ascenseur, un atout non négligeable si vous avez des bagages. Bon petit-déjeuner et excellent café. Lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris, je reviendrai sans hésiter au Palais de Chaillot. Mon fiancé et moi avons passé deux jours et une nuit inoubliables. Un grand merci !
Proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the exceptional staff, and a decent breakfast.
The towels were hard to find and it was little pricy given other hotels with the same room sizes and amenities.
