Air Berlin was a fantastic find! Lots of charm, great location, lovely place. Would stay here again!
Pros:

We liked that our room was large enough for all of us (4 adults) and that we were comfortable in it. They really accomodated us in that we had asked for a quiet room area if possible and we had no loud guests near us at all. The property was easy to find and had a GREAT location near many shops, restaurants, and the fabulous Berlin Zoo!! We thought the property was quirky (in the best way!) and had a real feel of history and charm. The room itself got a little warm (we were there in June which is normally a warm time for sure), but the wonderful windows made it easy to get air circulating enough to be comfortable most of the time. As an American that is very used to air conditioning, I can say I wasn't miserable by any means - just warm initially when trying to go to sleep. I'm pretty sure we found fans in the wardrobe the next day so it was silly that we didn't look there sooner!!! Also - it was great to have good, reliable wi-fi!! My eSim card was malfunctioning and the only way I got customer service through that company was because I had wifi at this hotel - yay! My only concern/caveat would be that I would warn travelers that stay here that the shower is VERY slippery and while no one fell, we had a few akward almost-falls getting in and out of it as there's *quite* a step to get up/into it and down/out of it! Overall, the location is fantastic and felt very safe; we walked around at night and didn't feel like we shouldn't. Berlin is HUGE and this hotel was a great find that we would absolutely stay at again. Thank you very much!!

Cons:

We did find that it was a little warm (*to people who are not used to not having a/c) but it was not terrible in that the windows did offer really good air circulation. The shower was - interesting - to get in and out of without slipping BUT maybe this is more of a cultural observation as we're only used to showers in the States (?) Neiter of these observations are harsh critiques of the hotel as again, we're just used to things a little different where we're from. I will say that while the location was fantastic, I did think it was rather expensive for one night's accomadations (almost $400usd).

Für Kurzaufenthalt, Licht und Schatten
Pros:

Pro und Kontra. Meine Bewertung richtet sich nach Erfahrungen mit anderen Unterkünften in Berlin. Der freundliche Empfang und das es überdachte Parkplätze (mit Reservierung 15€/Tag) gab. Der Aufenthalt war soweit in Ordnung und durch die recht zentrale Lage war vieles fußläufig erreichbar, Kurfürstendamm, Zoologischer Garten, Gedächtniskirche und die U-Bahn Station. Zudem gab es von unserem Zimmer, Zugang zu einer Dachterrasse. Auch der kleine Kühlschrank "Minibar" war sehr gut. Die Empfehlung der Rezeption für Unternehmungen sowie gute Gastronomie ist noch hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Auch hier richte ich mich nach Erfahrungen in anderen Unterkünften in Berlin mit gleicher Preiskategorie: Zu den Dingen die man nicht gern benennt: Das Zimmer war soweit ok, Bett, Schrank und Bad sauber, leider war der Teppichboden an vielen Stellen sehr dick mit Staub bedeckt was gerade für Allergiker ein echtes Problem sein kann. Zudem war der Ventilator, der zur Verfügung stand, ebenso voll mit Staub sodass wir ihn trotz Hitze im Zimmer (waren direkt unterm Dach) doch lieber ausgelassen haben. Hier ist reichlich Luft nach oben was den Zimmerservice angeht. Die obligatorische Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kostet 4€, sollte m.E. standart sein. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich, wenig Auswahl und von unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität, keine frische Wurst und Käse alles abpackware. Standards wie Cappuccino etc. Kosten extra. Das Rührei dagegen war sehr gut. Der Service könnte/müsste aufmerksamer sein.

Personel, lokalizacja, czystość, klimat kamienicy z 1886 roku oraz parking hotelowy.

Cons:

Mój pobyt w hotelu przypadł na okres umiarkowanych temperatur ale kilka dni wcześniej było ponad 40⁰ . Pomimo wyposażenia pokojów w wentylatory brak klimatyzacji może powodować dyskomfort. Brak tego typu udogodnienia moze być związany z wiekiem kamienicy.

Top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Es sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratze könnte erneuert werden.

Hodnotím pozitívne.😁 Kľudne by som sa vrátila aj znovu a neľutovala by som to. Bolo tam čisto a to je hlavné.
Pros:

Personál!!!! Úplne som milovala každého jedného z nich. Keď niečo bolo tak hneď riešili a vyriešili. Boli veľmi milí a vždy vyčarovali úsmev na tvári!😁 Skvelá je aj lokalita keďže to bolo kúsok od metra.

Cons:

Mohli tam mať nejakú klímu.😅 Boli sme v čase najväčších horúčav a trochu zchladenia by sa zišlo.

Pros:

Lage für meinen Zwecke perfekt , direkt gegenüber zur DIN , wenige Gehminuten zum Wittenbergplatz und der U-Bahn sowie zum KDW oder auch Bahnhof Zoo.

Cons:

Aufgrund der aktuell hohen Temperaturen war dann mein Dachgeschosszimmer recht warm
