Une honte!

Situé à côté de la gare

Cons:

Information non exacte sur le descriptif de chambre.
Nous souhaitions dormir à 6 personnes donc 4 enfants (15 ans, 11 ans, 4 ans et 2 ans).
Lors de la réservation, on nous a proposé 2 chambres double indiquant 1 grand lit double.
La réalité est tout autre!
Les lits ne peuvent pas accueillir 3 personnes même si la 3ieme personne est un enfant.
Ils sont très petit et un de mes enfants a dormi par terre.
L’hôtel n’a pas été compréhensif et le service client de Booking.com n’a rien fait pour nous.
C’est une honte!
Alors que nous avions bien indiqué le nombre de personnes et l’âge de chacun de nous!
On devrait interdire de proposer les chambres doubles pour 3 personnes.

Pros:

Tenía la estación de tren y de metro a cinco minutos andando. Podías llegar al Duomo en diez minutos en metro. La habitación era grande.

Cons:

El precio de la habitación (sin desayuno) era elevado, aunque en la línea de la ciudad. El alojamiento del niño no suponía aumento de precio pero tampoco tenía cama supletoria, tuvo que dormir con nosotros en la cama. La habitación tenía vistas a un pequeñísimo patio de luces lleno de cacas de gato.

Cons:

Le gardien de nuit, qui nous a laissé une impression très désagréable à ma compagne et moi: quand nous sommes rentrées à l'hôtel à 22h30, il nous a demandé si nous étions soeurs, puis nous a jeté des regards appuyés, déplacés et très malaisants.
