Zentral, sauber, Frühstück gut - für eine Nacht ok mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, unmittelbar in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Mehrere Restaurants und Cafés sind unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse überraschend gut.

Cons:

Mein Einzelzimmer war das kleinste Zimmer, das ich jemals in einem Hotel bewohnt habe. Das Bett war extrem schmal, die Dusche ebenfalls. Für Groß gewachsene oder dicke Menschen ist das nichts. Die Wände sind aus Pappe, bei nachtaktiven Zimmer-Nachbarn bekommt man ein gratis Entertainment Programm. Das Parkhaus um die Ecke verlangt nach fast schon akrobatischen Fähigkeiten hinterm Steuer und hat mich für knapp 12 Stunden 35 € gekostet. Wer ein SUV oder eine etwas größere Limousine fährt, sollte sich einen anderen Parkplatz suchen.

Pros:

11時にはチェックインさせてくれて本当にありがとうございました。早く着いてもフロント前にソファがいくつもあるのでゆっくりできました。

Cons:

廊下や隣の部屋の音はけっこう聞こえてしまうので、子連れだと逆に気を使ってしまう。

En établissement très bien situé en rapport avec la gare centrale, moins de 500 m.
Un personnel très agréable
un hôtel très propre
Une intention particulière pour les femmes de chambre qui sont très serviable

Expensive bad choice with poor breakfast
Pros:

Location - we’ve stayed in many hotels in this street. But this was a bad choice. Requested a quiet room 3 months in advance and ended up on the noise front street.
