Fab modern hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

I stayed for four nights in a Cosy Double Room on the sixth floor. The room was ideal, very quiet, with interesting modern furniture, a very comfortable bed and great bathroom with walk in power shower. On each floor near the lift there is a handy water filling station and the fridge in the room was useful too.
I chose this hotel for its central location in a great neighbourhood, being near to famous attractions and restaurants. During my stay I walked to all the main sites.
What makes the Urban HIve Milano exceptional is the friendliness and approachableness of the team. They are always positive, cheerful, welcoming, very enthusiastic to offer help and advice. I spoke to the Reception Team on the phone and by email before arrival and they were able to offer reassurance and help re. credit card queries and room location. Anna and her team in the beautiful, relaxing breakfast room were always bright and cheerful, attentive and the food was delicious. Excellent cappuccino, tasty yogurts and delicious pancakes and omelettes. It was World Bee Day during my stay and I was very lucky to sample one of Anna's yummy bee cakes.
On the day of my departure the Reception Team stored my luggage and I was able to freshen up in the fitness centre changing room which was greatly appreciated after another very warm day exploring the city.
