We had a wonderful stay in Madrid, and a big part of that was thanks to Pietro. He took great care of us from the moment we arrived and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time in the city. He speaks multiple languages, was incredibly patient, and went out of his way to help with anything we needed.
Pietro was friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. You can tell he truly cares about guests having a great experience. We’re very glad we met him and really appreciated all of his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Pietro, for helping make our trip to Madrid so memorable!

The whole package is great. Easy walk to everything you want to see, eat or shop. Metro is really close and and great for those wet days.
