abbiamo scelto, volutamente, la camera standard, la più piccola con un bagno essenziale ma molto piccolo. La vista dalla finestra della camera era incantevole; vista mare e sulla piscina. Colazione normale, buona e ben assortita. Piscina bella circondata da comodi lettini. Posizione strategica, vicinissima al centro e al porto.

Schönes Hotel, nicht direkt im Trubel der Stadt aber alles schnell fussläufig erreichbar.
Pros:

Ein schönes gemütliches Hotel, nicht direkt in der City aber alles sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Nettes nicht aufdringliches Personal, was immer hilfsbereit und bereit für ein Gespräch ist.
Zimmer sauber und genau richtig.

4-Sterne-Anspruch vs. laute Realität

Das Personal war beim Check-in superfreundlich und bemüht. Da ich sehr groß bin, wurde mir proaktiv ein Zimmer mit einem größeren Bett angeboten, was ich sehr schätzte.

Cons:

Trotz meiner expliziten Bitte vorab um ein ruhiges Zimmer, landete ich in einem Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug. Das Fenster führte zur Hauptverkehrsstraße, was bei dem Lärmpegel ein Öffnen unmöglich machte. Ich hatte letztlich nur die Wahl zwischen einem zu kleinen Bett oder einem zwar passenden Bett, aber in einem furchtbar lauten Zimmer. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war so nicht möglich.

​Zudem war das Zimmer selbst für 4 Sterne viel zu klein, vom Badezimmer will ich gar nicht erst sprechen. Enttäuschend war auch das Serviceangebot: Ein Wäscheservice, für mich ein absoluter Standard in dieser Hotelkategorie, wurde gar nicht erst angeboten.

​Fazit: Freundliches Personal allein reicht nicht aus, wenn die Basis (Ruhe und Zimmerkomfort) nicht stimmt. Das Hotel fühlt sich eher wie ein 3-Sterne-Haus an. Für den Preis und die Klassifizierung habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Ein Traum! Gute Lage, tolle Zimmer und sehr gutes Personal!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war ein Traum! Da wir einen größeren Hund hatten, bekamen wir sogar ein gratis Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Terrasse. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und war vermutlich aufgrund der aktuellen Auslastung möglich. Sogar Futter- und Wassernapf waren im Zimmer und ein kleiner Sack mit Trockenfutter für unseren Hund. Pinot (unser Hund) wurde sogar beim Namen begrüßt an der Rezeption. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Hotelpersonal. Die Dame an der Rezeption mit lockigen Haar ist uns sehr positiv in Erinnerung geblieben, aber auch die Angestellten an der Bar waren sehr freundlich. Sollten wir wir wieder nach Cannes kommen, dann sicher wieder dieses Hotel. Vielen Dank! :-)

Досить не поганий сніданок, розташуввання готелю та привітність персоналу.

Cons:

Самим великим недоліком є відсутність парковки, дуууже маленькі номери та ніякий вид з вікна.
