The location is excellent, close by to many points of interest in the city. There also are many restaurants and shops nearby.
Our room had a terrace which was a nice addition. We enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. Although it's on a busy street, it wasn't overly noisy.
The room layout is a bit strange, with the shower right next to the bed, offering no privacy for the person taking a shower.
Location, cleanliness, lovely polite and respectful staff who speak very good English, 24hour service desk and very good breakfast.
We loved almost everything. Don’t want to talk about the location because everyone is mentioning it and they are right to say you can’t find a better location in Florence!! We stayed in this hotel for five nights with our four years old son. The room had enough space for all of us. A very comfortable clean large bed and a single bed for our little boy. Toiletries, towels and sleepers all provided and in very good quality. The sheets were spotless and new.
The cleaner didn’t do a good job for the first couple of days and didn’t even change the dirty cups but once we mentioned this to the front desk, a different level of care and cleaning was provided. Thank you.

Center Florence… we had anything possible around
So we had three rooms booked for three couples on the day before we had to leave. We went back to our rooms and noticed only one roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex the flours especially the bathrooms were never done in all three rooms hair all over the place so the way we see it is it’s very disrespectful just because we’re leaving the next day. Doesn’t mean the day before you just don’t care. The towels were not even placed. They were just placed on top of the one of the racks .

The maid service was a bit negligent in that on the last day we had to request toilet paper as it was not replaced in the room . Only provided 2 bottles of water for 1 st day , all subsequent days water provided at a cost of $2,50 euros each . While across street water was sold at $.50 euros each .
Central … Breakfast was great …. People working at the breakfast were wonderful.
