Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

We booked two rooms. Both rooms had luke warm water in the shower. The water temperature never got warm enough to be comfortable. We had an early flight and left the hotel at 4:00 am and did not have the luxury of waiting for staff to help with the water temperature.

Pros:

A localização é nota mil. O hotel, todo reformado com instalações muito boas. Unir em Florença essas duas características faz muita diferença .

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ter mais frutas e as toalhas de banho poderiam ser melhores. Pontos que em nada comprometeram a estadia mas que se fossem melhores estariam mais à altura do hotel.

Alles gut gewesen bis auf die beschriebenen Dinge
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war mega zentral, was allerdings gesagt werden muss wir haben diese 5 Nächte kaum geschlafen da es die ganze Nacht draußen Mega laut war. Also wer Ruhe braucht sollte nicht unbedingt in der Innenstadt nächtigen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft an sich war toll nur zum frühstück wäre es schön gewesen wenn es Körnerbrot oder Brötchen gegeben hätte

Je recommande fortement
Pros:

C est l emplacement idéal à 2 pas du ponte vecchio dans le centre historique mais dans une petite rue à l abri de l agitation. Confortable. Personnel agréable. Nous n avons pas pu tester la terrasse en travaux mais le petit dejeuner sur la place à coté etait super.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen. Rundum hat alles geklappt.
Pros:

Grosses, schönes und ruhiges Eckzimmer. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.

Cons:

Es gibt echt nichts zu beanstanden.

Great location, great property, great staff
Pros:

Fabulous location, great room with terrace that we totally enjoyed, helpful staff. We were 5 minutes from Uffizi gallery and 15-20 walk from train station and various tour meeting points.

Durch die gute Lage des Hotels verliert man keine Zeit.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip.
Mitten in Florenz und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuss machen. Das Frühstück war super. Das Personal sehr nett.

Great location!

Cons:

No air conditioning for 3/4 nights! It was very hot (25 C) and there was no fan. The hotel said they would fix it and didn’t until the 4th night after other people complained. It was disabled for the whole building because it isn’t normally that hot in April, but it was nearly 80 degrees in our room, so they should’ve turned it on. Plus, they advertise that they have air conditioning, but they don’t tell you it’s only part of the year. We had to open the window, which didn’t have a screen and was noisy from the street.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel. Le confort de la literie

Le bruit . Mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres
Nous avions choisi l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner en toit terrasse. Et à notre arrivée la Mauvaise surprise. Il y a des travaux et le petit déjeuner doit se prendre dans un restaurant à proximité. Aucune information aucune excuse.

A lovely hotel which ai highly recommend

We should have been told that the outdoor breakfast area on floor 7 was not available before we arrived.
