Location was perfect, in the heart of the center and a 5-10 minute walk maximum from any of the major sights in Florence. The breakfast buffet was also incredible, from the staff to the food to the lovely view. Check in and check out were seamless.
Because of its location, it can sometimes be noisy at night, but not a major deal-breaker. The refrigerator also needs to be cleaned.
