Pros:

The hotel was in a cul-de-sac and hard to find - by me, by the people I asked for directions, and by the taxi I ultimately had to hire to get there. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but it was dark and looked directly into the apartments of the neighboring building - not the canal/river. The breakfast was good and most of the desk staff were courteous, though somewhat grudging in providing information.

I wish I had stayed longer

Cons:

My departure could have been improved. I was waiting for a taxi to the train station. Some ten minutes later, this man told the next lady that there were no taxis available. Off I rushed.

Pros:

Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am Ufer des Arno, und ist vom Bahnhof zu Fuß trotzdem nur rund 15 min. entfernt. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Hotel erstreckt sich über vermutlich 3 Altbauten, ist damit etwas verschachtelt und wirkt wie ein Labyrinth...
Das Einzelzimmer war unter dem Dach, am vemutlich heißesten Tag des Jahres war es entweder sehr laut (mit Klimaanlage) oder sehr drückend heiß (ohne). Zum Schlafen nicht so ideal, aber da kann das Hotel eigentlich kaum etwas dafür.

Decent choice for mid-budget traveler.
Pros:

The location is great, and easy walking distance to most everything.

Cons:

I thought from looking at photos of the terrace area there was a view. Sadly, there was not. Additionally, one of the lifts was not working properly for two of my four night stay. I thought I was going to be trapped when the internal door only partially closed.

Отличная локация! Красивый ухоженный отель с историческим оформлением !
Pros:

Отель находится в центре города , в прекрасном месте на набережной Арно! Великолепный вид из окна! У нас был 201 номер.

Cons:

Было душно и жарко в номере. Кондиционер не справлялся, но персонал любезно предоставил вентилятор, это помогло!

Trudno o lepszą lokalizację w sąsiedztwie największych atrakcji turystycznych.

Cons:

Kliamatyzacja w pokoju była dość głośna i nie miała możliwości regulacji.
Skomplikowana topografia korytarzy hotelowych i zbyt mała ilość informacji na ścianach
