Hervorragend immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, tolle Lage sehr netter Service gutes Frühstück sehr sauberes Zimmer wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Florenz und dazu gehört auch der Aufenthalt im Hotel . Würden wir bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen

Fantastic place to stay

Lovely stay in perfect location - not a five star hotel but perfect for running by around Venezia!
Pros:

It was perfectly located and very clean. People should be aware that the keys are large but can be left at desk.

Cons:

Staff mild to moderately helpful.
Breakfast fair.
Hair dryer very weak but works.
Walls thin so could hear others in other rooms.

Pros:

Great location, very professional staff, great breakfast all included. Love the courtyards at each building level

Cons:

AC was not on during our stay in March. At times it was a little warm because of the thick blanket

Lovely experience!
Pros:

Very helpful staff, great breakfast, and a stunning building with beautiful Art Nouveau art and decorations. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The cleaning staff uses something that has an extremely strong floral scent. I'm quite sensitive to perfumes, so it triggered a headache. We solved it by opening the windows and airing the room out, but in retrospect, I should have mentioned something to the front desk.
