Excellent Location and Comfortabl
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and was always fresh when we returned.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was a perfect way to start the day.

Overall, this hotel made our stay in Florence even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Beautiful location and great old world feel!
Pros:

Excellent location on the Arno. Old timey hotel with lots of charm. Staff was excellent. Suite for 3 was great—second little room with a twin bed.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Cons:

Reaching the hotel by car means that you have to drive in restricted roads and be fined by the local Police. The hotel does not inform you upfront about this, although we have repeated our request to have a parking place

Pros:

Excellent location at the heart of Florence, within walking distance of everything in the historic center. Staff were helpful, and the location was very good for the price. Breakfast was also very good. We were very pleased with this hotel.

Pros:

Excellent location and nice breakfast in particular the personalised coffee surprises! wonderful time in Florence

Pros:

We received a loft with a small sitting area at the entrance and the bedroom and main bathroom on a floor up over a wooden staircase. While it was beautiful, it needed a lot of going up and down the stairs, which might be not easy for some people. Otherwise comfortable, had also a nice balcony. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of tasty choices and very friendly service. Nice large lobby. Very close to all attractions and shopping.

Great location, friendly place
Pros:

Firstly the hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was large and although a little dated it was very clean.
The staff were all friendly, especially in the breakfast room where the service and choice was great.
The bed was large and comfy and there was air con which we appreciated in the heat!
We had 3 nights here and it was perfect for our city break.

Good hotel but we nabbed the wrong room
Pros:

Great location; classy upmarket feel. Very professional and helpful staff everywhere including the reception, concierge and breakfast staff.

Cons:

Even though the room felt nice and clean, our air-conditioner was struggling and at night, it felt like it was still too warm. The a/c was leaking on to the carpet and by the second night, even though the leak was fixed, we were getting eaten alive by mosquitoes I suspect coming through the a/c vents.
