Stayed for 3 nights in mid May. Wonderful room, great breakfast, helpful staff. On my honeymoon as 70 yr olds. Magic.
The service was very pleasant and elegant, with middle-aged male staff creating a kind of classic gentleman’s club atmosphere. Breakfasts were standard but tasty, and the coffee was served beautifully.
The hotel has an old-style, probably traditional Florentine character, although overall it was simply not my style.

Fantastic location and lovely room with a view.
Location s prefect for us we walked everywhere the Ponte Vecchio, The Uffizi Museum, Art Gallery also plenty of places to eat. the Hotel offered a great breakfast and they also had a restaurant for the evening.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The bathroom was a little tight but everything worked and it was very clean.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the Hotel and I thoroughly recommend it. It is superbly positioned by the Arno close to Ponte Vecchio. All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room was spotless and well maintained - everything in good working order. The breakfast had a wide variety of quality options and was available from 7am to 11am. We were really made to feel welcome the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
