I loved the location and hotel building. The customer service left me disappointed.
Pros:

Beautiful property and I loved my room overlooking the Arno. It was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

The mattress had a dip but not enough to be a problem. I had two early morning starts booked for 7.30 and the breakfast room was due to open at 7. Both days it didn’t open until about 7.10. When I asked for tea and creamer to be replenished in my room ( there was none on two occasions) I wasn’t believed and they came in to check. Very disappointing customer service for such a lovely small hotel.

Pros:

Very clean, beautiful, comfortable, good located. We got free upgrade as we came.
Breakfast was very tasty. We would certainly come back again.

Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and location is great on the river. My room had a gorgeous view of the ponte vecchio which was unexpected! The room was very large and so was the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only thing to note was I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable. The mattress was VERY hard and the pillows quite thin. If you like a firm mattress then you would be fine.

Exceptional staff helped to make the stay pleasant.
Pros:

Good location, pleasant main public areas, excellent breakfast, with fresh fruit salad a stand-out. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional.

Cons:

The noisy air heating system in my room had almost no controls. The carpeting in the room seemed ready for an update. It gave a rather gloomy feel to the room.

Very classy place to stay and an amazing location near Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Pros:

Tutto al meglio, a partire dalla camera, spaziosa e ben arredata, accogliente, panoramica. Letto comodissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima.
