Hôtel très propre, très confortable et situé en vue du Ponte Vecchio. La chambre était spacieuse et le personnel attentionné. Le petit déjeuner très bon et varié, dans une salle luxueuse.

Cons:

La salle de bain était un peu petite. Le bidet a-t-il encore une utilité ?

Location is amazing. Very easy to get to- we were able to stop at hotel periodically during the day without having to go very far out of our way. The breakfast staff was the best wait service I had in Italy. The downstairs bar was friendly and had free hot bites.

L'hotel si fa preferire per la professionalità e la gentilezza dello staff, per la posizione in cui è situato, per lo stile e per l'ottima colazione. Nella media il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Fantastic.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a perfect riverside location. Our room had stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio. Staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotless and housekeeping every day. Hotel is situated 5 mins from the Duomo and everything Florence has to offer.

Cons:

Some of the room furniture was beginning to show its age.

A very pleasant hotel in an excellent location on the Arno river. Room (a single) was small. Shower was very comfortable. Breakfast had a large selection. Staff is very pleasant.

Un joli séjour dans un bel hôtel.
Pros:

Le petit-déjeûner salé/sucré-chaud/froid, excellent.
La courtoisie, la gentillesse, du personnel.
L'emplacement magique, sur les quais, entre le Ponte Vecchio et Santa Trinita.
Le lit simple de 110 cm, très confortable.

Cons:

La douche manquant de pression, et sans rideau ni paroi pour protéger la très petite salle d'eau, qui s'en trouvait inondée, tandis que se rincer était compliqué et prenait beaucoup de temps.
Ce fut une source de stress.

Läget, fantastiskt rum i 2 plan och med egen altan. Rent, väldigt bra service och inte överdriven frukost.

The beds are a little too hard. They could send detailed directions for people who arrive by car. I would not recommend driving to the hotel.
