Tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Alles gut zu Fuß oder durch die Metro erreichbar. Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles zusammen hat es uns gut gefallen.

Location excellent, rooms depressing
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Close to all major sights. Walked everywhere.

Cons:

The 4* rating is surprising. The single rooms are depressingly small and the shower is so small you can barely move to wash your legs ! Very dated decor, smells of bleach when you walk in, wouldn’t stay again even though the location is excellent. Facilities pretty poor.

Pros:

We had a fantastic time in Rome. Hotel Memphis is great. Lovely staff, great breakfast. Location is everything. Our stay was wonderful.

Everything is small
Pros:

The location. That's about it.

Cons:

Everything is small at that hotel. Rooms (much smaller than it appears in photos, shower, breakfast room. No choices for breakfast, boring limited breakfast. Several things broken or didn't work in the room- toilet flush, towel heater, one bedside lamp. Asked for the bulb change, twice! All I got was: tomorrow. NOT 4 star.

It was in a great spot near good site seeing
