Concorde Hotel

Needed a quick overnight near Frankfurt Train Station for easy access to the airport in the morning! This was perfect. I got the single room which was small but very efficiently spacial use. The light cove by drapes made it appear that it was daylight even at night But of course could be turned off at night. Coffee station intergrated into dresser/armoire and stylish china. Toilettries in bathroom were above and beyond for an affordable night. Will definately stay again. If i stayed by the airport I would of needed to grab a taxi or shuttle. Train station is easily accessed and S Bahn takes you right to the terminal

Everything was good, only thing was that wi-fi didn’t work well in my room.

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast choice. Location noisy but nothing the hotel can do about that.

Very uncomfortable experience - hotel is tired (paint peeling off the walls and duct tape over light switches), our room had only 1 switch for all the lights in the whole room + bathroom, and the location is not safe.

Drug addled people are walking around, coming into the hotel and my husband was accosted by a man not in his right mind (likely due to a drug induced hallucination). This incident happened directly in front of the hotel, as we were getting into an Uber, and our driver said that incident was not surprising, based on daily activity in the neighborhood.

I will say the staff was very friendly but I was concerned for their safety at the front desk, without a security guard on duty.

We will not be returning to this hotel.

I stayed here again before and after my volunteering week. This is a good place to stay. It is very conveniently placed for the station and bus station and walkable to the city centre. I know some people have commented negatively about the area. Railway termini can be like that but it has not been a problem for me. My rooms were not large but were fine and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Good wi-fi. Kettle in room. Real hangers. No safe in room. Slippers provided. Fridge. I would stay again.

We stayed one night at this hotel in Frankfurt. Unforeseen, as due to a delayed train coming from Vienna, we missed our connection to the next city and had to find a sleeping place. Very friendly staff welcoming us. Also the staff present in the morning was really great. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Thanks to the staff to let us have breakfast before the opening hour, as we had to catch an early train.
Attention point is the area in which the hotel is situated. Not safe at night, extremely noisy. But at 2’ from the train station.

This is the best hotel in Frankfurt...would recommend 200 times.

Easy access to train station

No fault of the property but this part of Frankfurt is pretty seedy with a poor choice of restaurants nearby

the reception guy in the morning was very rude, i just asked for the possibility to empty the fridge (or mini bar or whatever) and he started arguing in a very hostile way.
moreover an insecurity feeling around the hotel with some mix of homeless persons and drug dealers made the stay worse.
breakfast team was amazing although.

We arrived at 6:30am and stopped by the front desk to see if we could check in early. The rooms were not ready but staff went above and beyond to get the rooms ready within two hours. After a long transatlantic flight we appreciated that we could get into the room to take a nap and shower.
Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was a bit dated but overall clean and well maintained.
The area around the hotel is pretty sketchy. While conveniently located across from the main railroad station and about 25 minute walk from the old town, there is a lot of drug activity going on right around the hotel. We felt safe during the day but at night I would avoid the area.

I always choose this hotel when in Frankfurt due to its proximity to the train station and price usually good..There are some less desirable characters between the station and the property but they never cause any issues. I enjoy staying here. I will stay again.

This is an amazing property right beside the central station of Frankfurt. The property is clean, the rooms are cozy though not big, just enough to sleep and be comfortable. The area around the property is very sketchy as there is a lot of homeless people in this area, however for the price and the convenience it’s not a big deal just need to be cautious at night especially. I would stay here again and it’s perfect to spend a day or two in transit.

The Concorde is convenient to the Hauptbanhof. The woman at check-in was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a good start to the morning. The major sights were walkable or a short tram ride away.
