Buon hotel senza grandi pretese. Pulito e con staff accogliente
Pros:

La posizione molto comoda (15 minuti a piedi da Marien platz). Lo staff alla reception molto disponibile, premuroso e gentile

It is a very comfortable and nice hotel for affordable price.
Pros:

I really liked this hotel. It is in the city center. Hotel has free coffee, fruits and candies at the lobby. You can also have a free coffee or a drink for every day when you dont ask for a room service, so I had 6 free beers.

Cons:

My friend, who slept in the same hotel, complained that it was a bit noisy as the walls are very thin, but I did not have any noisy neighbours, so there were no problems at all

Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is near the old town, about 15 min walk.

Cons:

The hotel quality is poor, even though it is rated as four stars. The shower door opens very narrowly, and a larger person would hardly be able to get in to wash. There is nowhere to hang a second set of towels, no holder for a toothbrush, and when showering, water runs onto the floor, forming a large puddle. The room smells bad and needs constant airing out. All the walls and furniture are worn out and outdated. The breakfast is meager.

Es war eine sehr zentrale Lage & das Personal war wirklich nett und bemüht. Die Betten waren bequem

Cons:

Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hellhörig - man hört teilweise die Leute im Nebenzimmer schnarchen oder die Toilettenspülung bedienen. Das Badezimmer ist winzig & nach einmal duschen komplett nass.
