The elevators were not working - and that was definitely a hassle!!!
The hotel is in a good location, but it's extremely noisy. The road noise from outside is so loud that it feels like sleeping right on the street. The air conditioning sounds like a tractor — it's unbearably loud, and I didn't sleep well for several nights. The front desk staff provided poor service and had a cold attitude. The hotel has three elevators, but two of them were out of order, leaving only one working elevator for so many guests — it was slow and cramped. Parking costs $65 per night, which is very expensive. The restaurant serves terrible food and the service there is poor as well. In short, I do not recommend this hotel. Other than its location, it has nothing going for it."

Great location, room was clean, bed was comfortable enough
It was a horror show only one elevator working. The wait for an elevator was at least 10 minutes, The staff finally suggested the staff elevator, which was also a wait and dirty.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and a very comfortable bed! Recommend for a well-priced downtown stay.
Two of the elevators were out for repairs, so it was inconvenient a bit to have longer rides and wait times.
