Pros:

This hotel was a total disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it.

1. The room faces the main street, conjunction bridges and the constant traffic noise made it impossible to sleep.
2. The soundproofing is terrible — I could clearly hear conversations from the next room.
3. The shower pressure was extremely weak, with just a tiny trickle of water.

Pros:

Very spacious room and cozy bed/pillows. Staff was very kind and helpful with all questions and needs. Location was perfect, close to everything you need! Would 100% stay here again!

První pobyt tady super, druhý o poznání horší
Pros:

Ubytovaná už jsem tu byla před pár dny, což bylo skvělé, tento pobyt byl o poznání horší. Ale k tomu dobrému. Pokoje jsou prostorné, čisté a postele pohodlné. Hotel je blízko centra i MHD.

Cons:

Lednice na pokoji nám zmrazila veškeré jídlo, chladí opravdu až moc. Internet se neustále sekal a dáma za recepcí by rozhodně mohla být milejší. Z karty se mi navíc strhlo více peněz, než mělo.

Nice Location and Excellent Amenities
Pros:

The room was very clean, the location is close to everything and the hotel has everything you'd expect from a top tier hotel. It is very close to the downtown area where all the attractions are located.

Cons:

I think the Lobby being on a higher floor is a bit confusing, so it is hard to know how to make your way to the lobby without prior assistance. Furthermore, the bathrooms utilize sliding doors which are a bit dangerous if you're not careful (Unfortunately I cut my finger when closing it)

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable the bathroom was clean and spacious. The restaurant food was great and having a bar downstairs was perfect. Location was good lots to do within walking distance

Cons:

The construction in lobby was loud and messy. The front desk staff not especially helpful or pleasant. The restaurant staff was excellent
