Pros:

日本のAPAホテルの系列なので、ウォッシュレットが装備されていたのはとても良かったです。折り鶴もありましたね。部屋にミネラルウォーターのボトルが無料で２本置かれていたのもありがたかったです。お部屋はきれいで、防音もしっかりしていました。そして、立地が良いので、空港やTモバイルパークには電車でアクセスしやすく、パイクプレイスマーケットなどの観光地には、徒歩で行ける距離でした。ホテル周囲でホームレスを見かけることもなく、安心して過ごせました。

私は、マリナーズの試合観戦後に、当日の試合で実際に使用された野球のベース（土台が付いたままなので重い！）を購入しました。そのまま持ち帰るには大き過ぎるので、土台を外すための工具を貸して欲しいとお願いしたところ、工具を貸してくださるだけでなく、スタッフの方が土台を外して下さったのはとても助かりました。改めて感謝申し上げます。

駅からホテルまでは結構きつい上り坂です。旅行前にスーツケースの車輪を点検しておくことをお勧めします。

Could have ruined my holiday
Pros:

Under construction. They should have revealed this. The reception area was disorganized and loud.

Cons:

Everything. Construction was everywhere. They had to enter our room to clean the vents. Only 1 elevator worked.

Affordable downtown hotel with a Tiny Japanese touch.
Pros:

Location is great, central Downtown but keep in mind Seattle has very steep hills. Not ideal for some to carry luggage. Slightly bigger rooms, washlet in the bathroom

Cons:

Biggest problem is waiting for the elevators. Not enough maybe due to the renovations. But waiting 5 min for an elevator on a 28 floor building is not ideal.

Cons:

I was told I would be guaranteed the $56 parking cause I added it to my stay but I was not. We payed $70 to park for 1 night.
When we checked in, I asked the lady at the front desk what we need to do for the $56 parking and she said nothing just use the ticket that was given in the garage, so we did that but when we left and had to pay it was $70. It was very frustrating.
