Room, albeit small, was extremely nice and clean. Bathroom was exceptional given the location, size of the room, and the commonality of communal bathrooms in SF hotels made this an extremely pleasant stay.
Room was not entirely wheelchair accessible due to the small size. Wheelchair would not fit more than 10 feet into the room as the bed blocked its path.
Location is close to underground rail and tram stops, though perhaps not great to walk after dark. The room was sparsely furnished but clean.
Bed was comfortable, though very high (on a deep base?), making it a challenge for a shorter person to get into. Would have liked at least a chair in the room, though it would have been tough to fit one in. Probably not ideal for longer stays, or if you need to work from your room at any point.
The location was excellent, housekeeper fantastic making the beds every morning, very safe locking systems on main door and rooms.
A little inconvenient as regards to my bathroom and shower and to get up during the night to visit when my bathroom wasn't in my room
The room itself was very clean. However, we were not informed in advance that the toilet and shower facilities were not located inside the room. Instead, the toilet and bathroom were separate from each other and required keys to access. This arrangement was unexpected and made our stay uncomfortable.
Lastly, there was no parking available, and there was no ice provided.
Location, coffee, tea, hot water, 1 of the 3 staff. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The map, instructions tips wefe great. He behaved more like a concierge.
The other two staff were less friendly and helpful. The elevator was quirky--but fun!
Not as charming as I had hoped. The room was great and clean. Would have been nice to have a frig and access to ice in the building. Front desk staff were not friendly at all. It was nice to store luggage until we had to leave however it was left unlocked and others could access it. Great rates, walkable to nice restaurants.
Location
Not clean, very unfriendly staff, poor facilities, heater was not working, smelly
Basic, no frills hotel in sketchy neighborhood. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, wi-fi is dependable and the shower is good. There is coffee and water at the front desk. Building is secure, as you need a key to get in the front door. Small, European style elevator. Desk staff is nice. They will store your luggage if needed.
Good location, near bus stop, Bart and restaurants. The room was old but very clean with new flooring. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My first room was supposedly an upgraded room. It was small with no place to put your suitcase or hang clothing, and no chest of drawers. It had no desk or chair. Just a bed and one nightstand. The window (on the 4th floor) had no lock or screen and was low enough to fall out of. The area is quite noisy until 10pm due to Bart and buses then it was very quiet. The bathroom had a shower, a tiny shelf for toiletries and the sink was miniscule. The TV would not connect to the internet. After two days I was moved to a new room.
My second room was larger. The TV worked. It had a huge bathroom with a jetted tub but still no where for toiletries. The room had a rolling rack for hanging clothing, no chest of drawers and one nightstand. One bathroom window opened, had no screen and was low enough to crawl out of, but it did have a lock.
The biggest problem is the elevator. It is located in a narrow hallway so access is limited. The door is very heavy and the inside gate is hard to keep open without latching it. Trying to get a walker and luggage inside was very hard. The stairs are steep so not an option if you use a walker.
Nothing. Crappy part of town. Crappy property. I booked this in a hurry because I have to travel the next day.
I booked here for 4 nights. Room was cold. Heating wasn't working. Staff said there's nothing they could do -- maintenance had already left for the day. I decided to move to another hotel. Got charge for one night even though I just just there a couple of hours.
Convenient location to bus / tram stops. Clean. Comfy bed
Everything including room and very clean.
The homeless outside but its not terrible and out of the hotels hands
