Excellent location and good staff. I like the fact that it was also very quiet and the services were smooth. Easy self check in and check out. They offered guests water daily.
Nothing really. All checked good for me
We stayed here for one night ready for a very early flight the next morning. The room was spacious & had everything we needed. It was extremely clean with a fabulous walk in shower. We left too early to have breakfst so can't comment on that but we did have dinner in the hotel restaurant & the food was excellent - I recommend the baked salmon, it was delicious! We have another early flight next week & we have booked the same hotel for an overnight stay. Highly recommend!

Free bottles of water, although it was English so pretty unfortunate tasting.
Close to Heathrow with a bus!
The room had one towel even though it was a twin room booked for two people. I called down to the reception requesting a second towel to which they replied saying they’d send some up. They never came.
The bathroom is pretty poor with stained toilet bowls and a poorly functioning shower. The shower had no wall attachment so it was difficult to hold the nozzle while washing.
After a long day, we headed back to the hotel room only to find the card decided to randomly stop working. This was pretty frustrating but down to a technical error.
We got a phone call at 00:50 in the early morning from reception, no idea why! This did wake us up. This wasn’t the most appropriate time to phone.

Close to airport and good price for the room.
None of the usb ports worked and some of the 3 pin plugs didn't.
Reception wanted to charge £24 for car parking even though I had stated that my wife was only staying 2 hours while dropping me off. They basically didn't listen to what I had said and assumed. After explaining a second time I think the parking was waved.
The carpets in the corridors had definitely seen better days.
