Pros:

close to airport. room was clean. bed comfy. all I needed after 28hrs of travelling for a 1 night stay.

Cons:

random person trying to open my door & other doors 5am. rang reception. I can hear them on the phone but reception cant hear me.

Pros:

The bed was clean. And the TV works well

Cons:

No blow dryer and the tub was stain. Couldn't connet to the free wifi. It was decent for the night but would not stay there longer than a day of rest. the neighborhood was okay. Considering the surrounding area

Earplugs a MUST
Pros:

Room very comfortable, but no microwave, no shampoo, no coffee maker, no breakfast available in lobby..... You're on your own here.

Cons:

My room is under airport traffic (I expected that) but didn't know it is 50 feet from a very active rail road crossing. The train whistle is unbelievably loud and long and frequent. You can't help but jump a mile when the train comes. Can't really walk around safely (Motel is surrounded by razor wire, you are advised to double lock your room).

An enjoyable stay on our last day of travel.
Pros:

We arrived about 0130 and were warmly received by staff/owner and went immediately to bed. Next morning front desk called a taxi which maneuvered around stalled freight train to arrive in plenty of time for our next reservation.

Best Motel 6 Hotel I have used. Excellent.
Pros:

This was the nicest Motel 6 Hotels I have stayed in, with large well appointed rooms and a well appointed foyer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I would recommend it to anyone. Especially if you were flying from the airport a mile away.

Cons:

That I was just in and out for an overnight - I could have stayed longer!!

Motel 6 - Oravel Stays (an India Technology Co.) Should Close This Location!
Pros:

Probably the worst motel in Phoenix, maybe even Arizona!
Very close to the PHX Rental Car return.
Motel 6 is owned by OYO (Oravel Stays), an India-based travel technology company

Cons:

Skid-Row area.
Train tracks 300' feet away with trains all night.
PHX Runway 8 departures 1,650' feet away with all night departures.
Toilet seat broken.
Ice Machine Broken.
We stayed in a Handi-capped room, but shower is a standard tub, not wheel-chair friendly.
No hot water, just warm. No water pressure, just a gentle rain flow.
Couldn't expect more from an "India" company! The owners are on the other side of the world and could not care less about your stay!
