Pros:

Stay was good some staff was nice

Cons:

Your front end was horrible at 5am they ask on the site what time will you be arriving I tell them by 6 am I get there at 5:45 ask for an early check in, bald headed man standing there was so rude and pointed to the sign told me I could not check in till 3 , I asked if I paid for the room for the day before and he tells me no the hotel dont don’t do that and to come back at 3. He could have been nicer and not so rude someone like that should not be dealing with front end or should not be working for a hotel at all! Gives a bad taste and makes me never wanna stay there again after paying almost 1400 for 2 rooms for 2 nights, pretty sure another hotel would have been nicer to paying customer. Yet I was recommended by my son who comes for business from His job and pleasure. I will be second fussing my hotel stay again.

Struttura nuova e confortevole, camere ampie e pulite. Lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione degli ospiti ad un costo minimo.

Cons:

Il servizio colazione è disponibile nel locale attiguo ma gli orari sono limitati così come il menù. Questo penalizza un po’ il giudizio complessivo.

Atendente Michael, extremamente mal educado, cínico e gozador do cliente. Deveria ser despedido imediatamente. Além disso, reserva feita para 3 pessoas, no app Booking.com confirma que o café da manhã está incluído, mas a acomodação insiste em dar voucher do café da manhã para apenas 2 pessoas.

It was very relaxing, comfortable, and clean.

Clean, comfortable, luxurious

Cons:

Due to the US Open and the World Cup the prices were increased 3-4 times the normal price. Also, checked after the events were done and the prices immediately went back down.
