Für eine kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und der Service beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Um die Ecke ist eine Bahn- und Bushaltestelle mit der man in 15 min am Dom ist. Der Flughafen Linate ist per Bus in 20 min erreichbar. Als es geregnet hat konnten wir uns einen Regenschirm an der Rezeption ausleihen.
Insgesamt hat das Hotel eine charmante Einrichtung, welche etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer verstehen. Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr dunkel und sehr klein. Das Badezimmer war leider auch nicht sauber. Als wir ankamen haben wir Haare im Waschbecken sowie Spuren in der Toilette von unserem Vorgänger vorgefunden. Die Tücher Box war leer und es gab keine Klobürste.
Wir mussten am Abreisetag leider um 6:30 Uhr kurz vor Beginn der offiziellen Frühstückszeiten (7:15-10:30) das Hotel verlassen. Wir haben am Vortag morgens nach einem Lunch Paket gefragt, das wurde mit einem “Nein bieten wir nicht an” abserviert. Insgesamt wirkten zwei von drei Personen an der Rezeption auf uns sehr unhöflich, genervt und eher abweisend.
Wir verstehen nicht woher die 4 Sterne Superior kommen.

Pros:

Reception and breakfast staff always very kind, efficient and friendly. My favourite stay in Milan. A few things must be taken care of by maintenance team: the shower head was clogged with old lime deposits. A table lamp sat on the desk with a broken plug, unsafe to use. Though I told the receptionist it wasn't taken care of. The night I arrived I found a clean facial towel and a dirty body towel. No small towel. Please tell staff to pay more attention. Not too difficult.
