I had the worst hotel experience in here! WORST!
Pros:

I liked nothing about this hotel. Based on the pictures we thought it was going to be beautiful. But I hated everything. Hotel itself is very old, i felt a horrible smell in the room. The Bathroom was very very old, I didn't even want to touch to the sink. It was way too far from the center specially taking into consideration that Milan itself is not crazy walkable.

Cons:

But the worst part was the breakfast. First day we went downstairs to have breakfast at 7:20 ( breakfast starts at 7am) there was almost nothing to eat.
But whatever they had was horrible. Even worse, I chose a regular scrambled eggs, I had two bites and felt horrible. Didn't like the taste, either eggs were not fresh egg or the oil was wrong. But then I got hives and ended up taking alegra for 10 days. Anyway, my advise never go to this hotel. Ever. Starting next day, we had to have breakfast outside even though we paid for breakfast...

Pros:

Once you figure out the transit system from the train station, getting here is easy and the location is quite good for a solo traveller. The breakfast was great, excellent dining room and very friendly and accommodating staff, as well as a lot of hot and cold options - they will take your coffee order and bring to you. There's also a beautiful outdoor patio!

Cons:

The single room was a bit too small for me, the kind where the room only fits the bed with a bit of room to walk around it, I had to lift my suitcase over the bed to get it next to the window where I could open it. My view was over a construction pit. The bathroom also felt cramped as I am a tall person. The AC did not really work well, I kept it set to 18 the whole time and didn't feel the room cool down, I would still sweat while moving around and getting ready. I also don't really like when hotels don't have secure wi-fi networks, that is an oversight that can be a huge security issue.

Comfortable old-fashioned, proper Victorian hotel
Pros:

Proper Victorian old-fashioned hotel in Milano. Very elegant and very proper. Good air conditioning, 24h attentive reception and comfortable bed

Cons:

The breakfast was okay, but a bit limited, would have enjoyed more options

Charming hotel
Pros:

A hotel with a personality located i a quiet street with some nice restaurants. Nice and clean room in old style decoration. The service was great.

Pros:

Traditional hotel from the late 60's, wood panelling, lots of ornaments and furniture.
Could do with a refurb.
Room was small but ok. Ensuite was tiny, you stepped over the toilet to get in the shower.
Definitely not 4 star in my opinion.
Gluten free breakfast items.
Breakfast room/lounge/bar was overcrowded with furniture.
Pleasant staff.
Towel rail fell on my wife's head and the bedroom door didn't lock. Both resolved once we informed reception.
Location is OK. Some restaurants nearby.
30 minute wslk to the duomo.

Tres estrellas como mucho. Necesita una actualización urgente.
Pros:

El personal siempre dispuesto y atento. Destacar a las personas encargadas de los desayunos.
Las camas excelentes.

Cons:

El Hotel no llega a las 4 estrellas Superior que dice tener. Como mucho merece tres estrellas con mucha suerte.
La decoración en todo el hotel es muy recargada llegando a ser pesada y agobiante en las habitaciones.
Los baños necesitan una actualización al siglo 21, parecen de los años 60.
Y lo peor, las habitaciones que nos dieron la 40, 41 y 42 en el primer piso son las habitaciones más pequeñas que he visto en mi vida en un hotel y viajo micho. Estrechas y recargadas y con unos baños viejos y con arreglos para que sigan funcionando.
Es lamentable que las ofrezcan y más en un hotel que dice tener 4 estrellas y superior.
Pedimos cambio de la más pequeña y sin problema la cambiaron, pero es lamentable que las ofrezcan.
