Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und zentral Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr bemüht durch kleine Extras den Aufenthalt besonders zu machen. Das Frühstück und die kostenlose Getränke am Zimmer haben mich sehr überrascht.

Cons:

Es war einfach zu warm und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Es gibt leider kaum Ablage im Badezimmer für Zahnbürste und co…. Aber ich denke da gibt es Möglichkeiten das noch zu verbessern.

Hospedagem razoável.
Pros:

O café da manhã é bom, o hotel disponibiliza água e café o dia todo, atendendo dos funcionários bom. Toalhas e lençol limpos e de boa qualidade, cama confortável.

Cons:

Não gostei do tamanho do quarto, minúsculo, o hotel estava em reforma, a localização não é tão boa quanto imaginei, pensei que fosse mais próximo do centro, achei o preço caro para o tipo de acomodação de hotel 3 estrelas.

Tolles Frühstück. Super Lage in der Innenstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marienplatz.

Cons:

Hotel absolut nicht barrierefrei, für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet. Verschiedene kurze Treppen die sich mit dem Rollstuhl nicht überwinden lassen.

Another enjoyable visit to Munich, and to the Mercure Altstadt!
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Munich and everything I wanted is in easy and safe walking distance.
The staff are really pleasant and helpful.
My room was spotlessly clean. I chose to have it cleaned every day. and so my mini bar was filled up every day, too.
Breakfast is always good with a wide selection. There really is something for all tastes and dietary requirements.
I have stayed at this hotel several times and I am always pleased and highly recommend it.
