Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Generally praised as very clean in multiple reviews ("Sehr sauber", "baños muy limpios", "Потрясающий завтрак... Чистые очень номера"); a few comments note poorly cleaned or stained bathrooms that need deep cleaning, so slightly reduced from perfect.
Service
9
Mostly positive service mentions ("excellent service", "צוות חביב ואדיב"); one explicit negative about a curt response to an early-meeting request reduces the score slightly.
Location
9.5
Universally praised as extremely central and convenient (multiple notes: "centralissima", "in the middle of Munich Oldtown", "Zentrale Lage", "Heryere yakındı").
Room Quality
8
Mixed room comments: several guests found rooms comfortable and clean, others reported small rooms, uncomfortable pillows/mattresses and dated bathrooms; overall adequate but inconsistent.
Amenities
8.2
Some positive amenities noted (minibar included, complimentary drinks, well-stocked breakfast room); negatives include wifi/Internet outages and lack of TV streaming capability, so moderate score.
Value for Money
7.6
Multiple mentions that the hotel felt overpriced for the standard (explicit complaint about being overpriced); a few guests mention good quality-price, but overall value perceptions are weaker.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Exceptional and repeatedly praised breakfasts across languages ("12/10 for the breakfast", "Ottima colazione", "Потрясающий завтрак", "The breakfast was rich"); a clear strength for the property.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall positive guest sentiment (labels like 'Enjoyable', 'Highly recommend', good location and breakfast repeatedly cited) with occasional negatives (wifi, pillows, bathrooms) balancing to the target overall score.

Perfect location, excellent service.
Pros:

12/10 for the breakfast. Best included breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Cons:

Typical German bedding style- just a bottom sheet and a twin duvet. Missed having an actual top sheet and full size bedspread/duvet.

Refer above
Pros:

The breakfast room & the breakfast were lovely. The room was adequate.

Cons:

Whilst the hotel was adequate, for the standard of accommodation it was overpriced.
I also needed to have an online meeting before the stated checkin time. I requested whether I could be provided with either an early check-in or somewhere quiet where I could participate in the meeting. The response I received was curtly that the hotel could not help me - no suggestions as to what alternative options I might have had.
