Perfect location and friendly staff
Pros:

Good location, within walking distance of most attractions, and with good connections to Linate Airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and fresh.

Cons:

The walls are somewhat thin, and I could clearly hear people passing in the corridor, noise from neighboring rooms, as well as traffic from the street.

Corrisponde alle foto. Pulita e molto accogliente. Con un ottima posizione e ben isolata dai rumori esterni. Ottimo il suggerimento per la cena. Ho viaggiato con il mio cane ed è stato molto ben accolto. Posizione centrale, comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Camera bella e comoda. Ottimo il personale.

Pros:

El trato al llegar, el tener el desayuno incluido a pesar que no lo habíamos pagado, la limpieza y la ubicacion.

Se puede ir andando al Duomo o usar las dos paradas de metro más cercanas que ofrecen diferentes combinaciones.

Cons:

El traslado de Malpensa al hotel me lo cobraban más caro que otras empresas externas, suponía que al ser mi hotel me harían descuento.

Además hubiera sido bastante IMPORTANTE que si consulto por disponibilidad para el día 16 para traslados y finalmente le respondo que vamos en tren NOS HUBIERAN AVISADO que para ese día no había trenes (desconozco si por huelga, avería, pero era algo programado que nos hizo perder mucho tiempo).
