Clean, comfortable room, excellent location, helpful pleasant staff

Cons:

Shower was tiny and did not drain correctly so had to keep stopping the water to wait for the tray to subside prior to turning it on again to continue! Raised this with reception on our first evening but no-one had been to fix this prior to our departure.

Fine accommodations for a quick stay with a nice breakfast.
Pros:

We needed a quick place to stay to pick up our car at the airport. We stayed in a street facing room and it was “just a room”. A little sad. I think other rooms were nicer as I peeked in one and it seemed much nicer than ours. Breakfast was nice and staff was lovely though!

Gute Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah gelegen. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn ist in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das Fenster war zur auch nachts recht befahrenen Straße. Auch durch das geschlossene Fenster war noch Straßenlärm zu hören.

Liked the location, it was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and good variety at breakfast.

Cons:

The room was too warm. Informed staff about heating but roommates stayed too warm all night. Heating controls were locked.
